A getaway to the luxurious Caribe the Resort C813 awaits! Situated on the eighth floor overlooking the Gulf at one of Alabama’s most popular resorts, our condo rental in Orange Beach, Alabama is the epitome of luxury.

With three spacious bedrooms and accommodations for 10 guests, Caribe C813 is the ideal place for a coastal getaway. You and your guests will be feeling right at home in no time with the upscale amenities. Wall-to-wall glass windows line the southernmost wall of the living area, stretching from the floor to the ceiling so that you can get the best view of the Gulf waters. The oversized private balcony is a perfect spot to start and end your day as you take in the fresh sea breeze. When mealtimes roll around, whip up any type of culinary delight among top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances to truly impress your guests. The freshly renovated primary bathroom has a spa shower with three shower heads to help you relax after a long day of travel. Plus, take advantage of Smart TVs in each bedroom as well as the living room so that you can enjoy a movie night before turning down in the evening.

Meanwhile, the amenities at Caribe Resort are not to be missed out on! Go for a swim in the outdoor pool (or the indoor pool in the cooler months), then float your cares away in the lazy river. Beautiful condo

Loved the view and the condo. Only complaint I have is the baby was covered in dirt crawling on the floor. The cleaning staff needs to do a better job cleaning the floors for renters who have little ones.

We stayed prior to Memorial Day week with 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The property itself was amazing, clean and beautiful. Unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again due to issues with check in and the number of keys provided. It was not communicated until booking that you had to drive 20 minutes out of our way from property to pick up keys from a lockbox. Once we discovered we arranged and paid for an early check in. Upon arrival there were no keys ready for us and it took over an hour to get it resolved because there is nobody on site. So after a 6 hour drive we had to wait another hour in the car for resolution. Not ideal. We did get refunded our early check in fee. We also found out that due to the next guest early arrival we had to check out at 9am, also not convenient. Finally there were only two keys provided for a unit that holds 9 people and they would not provide additional keys. This also added to the inconvenience factor. And finally upon checkout had to drive back 25 minutes to return keys. So while the property itself was nice it was not worth all the other hassle that detracted from our experience.

The condo was just as listed. The updates are beautiful. I gave this four stars because there was a check in miscommunication. Also, it’s very inconvenient to have to pick up the keys in Gulf Shores.

Needs maintenance

The condo is large and sleeps 8 in beds. Dishwasher, oven and microwave did not work. Condo faces the road so there is lots of noise. Pretty view of the Gulf though.

Wonderful condo!

We spent spring break here. Checking in was an annoying process going from one building to another (and not getting a reply on here until the next day about checking in.) However, the resort staff was so nice and got us in the room. Everything was just as pictured and more. Very tastefully done and clean. The layout is great with our two adults and six children. So many great amenities and loved the gift shop lady! Would definitely stay again. 4 stars only because the check in was such a pain after driving 13 straight hours. It just seems harder than it should be on renters.

Left my summer wardrobe and hasn't been returned

Had to leave early due to a medical emergency which was not the property nor property managemen's fault. As a result of my emergency exit I left 5 brand-new Polo Ralph Lauren outfits in the dresser drawer in the master bedroom, informed management and was told they didn't find them in the condo. Realistically speaking, since the shirts still had the tags on them i thoughts it doubtful they would've been returned but was hoping for the best.im just upset because if i would've mistakenly taken some of their property they would've made sure i returned it or charged me fo it!

summer 2021

Check in I was sent to the wrong lock box took over 2 hours to get my keys and had to drive over an hour back and forth. Dryer was not in working order before we arrived could not clean towels or clothes. Oven door would not stay shut, when they came to repair the glass shattered and door had to be replaced. Ice maker would not turn off so Ice in freezer over flowed. Door lock on unit would jam in the locked position so it would not close until you pulled down the handle from inside to reset it. The toilet paper holder in master was falling off the wall. Coffee maker would over flow and would not allow you to pour a cup until it finished Brewing allowing grinds to get into the carafe. Only given 2 keys for a unit that sleeps 10. Not the way we wanted to spend our vacation.
