End of year trip
My Girl Scout troop stayed at the property. The management company was very responsive. The check-in process was a little slow because multiple people were checking in to the community at once. Not the management company's fault, but something to note. We only slept at the house. One of the beds didn't have sheets, but it wasn't needed. However, if we did need it, we would have had to go buy sheets. There were not enough washcloths for the number of people we had (I think there were only 6 total and we had 14 people). The towels were not in each bathroom, but mainly in the first floor bathroom. There was also something on one of the clean towels that caused a burning skin reaction for one of the girls and her mother. The game room had an air hockey table and basketball game, but neither worked. The management company did offer to come fix it, but I declined since we were not at the house. The bottom part of the banister was loose. Also, there was a large cockroach on the curtains in the dining area the morning of checkout. We didn't observe any other insects, but this was about 3 inches long. The right sink in the upstairs hall bathroom didn't drain well and the rug by the bathtub in that bathroom was covered in hair. The Toy Story bedroom TV only got 1 channel as the rest glitched and were not watchable. Overall, the property was fine, but does need some minor upkeep and more towels/sheets.
