Bienvenue à Inlet Point Villas! Une propriété unique en son genre!

Nous avons meublé cette copropriété familiale avec toutes les commodités de la maison. Inlet Point Villas est à l'extrémité nord du boulevard de l'Océan Nord, à Cherry Grove avec piscine, court de tennis et zones de grillades. Derrière la porte privée, vous découvrirez cette propriété unique qui est Inlet Point Villas.

Ce condo fait face à l'océan et à l'entrée la plus au nord du Grand Strand, en face de l'île inhabitée de Waits. Ce qui en fait un endroit merveilleux non seulement pour l'accès à la plage en bord de mer, mais aussi pour le bombardement, la pêche au surf et l'accès à des kilomètres de criques de marée sinueuses.

Profitez du magnifique lever de soleil sur l'océan décomplexé chaque matin depuis le salon et le balcon arrière ou asseyez-vous et détendez-vous sur le balcon avant qui surplombe la piscine.

Cette unité de 2 chambres a une belle vue sur l'océan et l'île et est dotée de superbes équipements pour rendre vos vacances agréables. Ce magnifique condo comprend 2 BR: 1 lit queen, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit Queen, et 2 salles de bain complètes.

It was a great week away from the daily grind! The condo was perfect!! The owner did an amazing job keeping in contact through Tropical Storm Debby. I would most definitely rent from Scot again!!

Great condo

This is a great condo. The upgrades are well done. It is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony, the easy walk to the beach and the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping. The new kitchen is well equipped. We would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful Condo with Beautiful Views

This condo has the most amazing views of the inlet and ocean! It is also very well appointed. We loved the remodeled kitchen. I do agree with other reviews that the mattress in the master bedroom is very hard but we loved the fact that it is a King size (as other units in this complex seem to only have Queen size beds in the master). The small toilet and short sink in the master bathroom were not a problem for us and would not deter us from renting this unit again. The owner was extremely kind and communication was wonderful. Highly recommend renting this unit.

Great location

Enjoyed the ability to walk to the ocean or inlet quickly. Tide pools were fun to search for crabs and shells. Area was quiet. Plenty of parking.

Perfect Location

Best location, beautiful sunrises and sunsets!! It was a short walk to the beach!! Everyone we met were so friendly!! Pool was right outside our doorway and we really enjoyed it!! Beautiful walk to the point and it is so beautiful!! We walked forever!! I would stay there again!!

4th time

This is the 4th time we've stayed in 5-C and we'll be back. It's so great l really don't want to share so I dont have competition. Great space, easy inlet and icean access, and owner is wonderful ro work with.

Great time at a BEAUTIFUL spot!

The Inlet Point Villas are exactly that...condos at the tip of North Myrtle where the inlet meets the ocean. The condo was perfect for our needs (good size, ample parking and a private/gated entrance) and the view of the inlet and ocean altogether was absolutely breath-taking with insane sunrises! The owner's attentive communication throughout the booking, payment and check-in process was very much appreciated. We don't like to vacation at any one place more than once but this is one we would definitely return to. Thank you, Scot, for sharing your little piece of serenity with our family!

Perfect sunrise views from the balcony

Great spot at the point! You can watch the kayaks and boats float through the inlet, watch the sunrise from the balcony, a short walk to the beach! There is a pool super close as well. The King bed is a firm mattress, the twin beds are a bit softer. You need to bring your own linens and towels and such. Lots of restaurants a close drive away. I like the point, it’s my favorite spot and more secluded than other parts of the beach. There are tide pools too which my 8 year old loves and it’s so neat when the tide goes out. Scot checked on us and always got back to us right away. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Great Location! Quiet and beautiful

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The prime location on the inlet is perfect. Communication with the owner was easy and flawless. He checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure things were going smoothly. Upon our arrival, we did notice a few minor splatterson some furniture. However, we quickly took care of it ourselves and understand that perfection can be difficult to achieve. In general, the cleanliness of the place was commendable and we had no major concerns in that regard. The effort put into maintaining a high standard of cleanliness was evident throughout the entire stay. The owner's dedication to enhancing the condo is noticeable, and the upgrades made so far are truly well done, adding to the overall appeal of the space. I highly recommend this place for an laid back beach getaway. Thank you to the owner for a memorable stay!

A very pleasant stay

The unit was very quiet. It was clean other than dishes in the dishwasher that appeared to be clean. The back balcony really does not face the ocean and you you cannot hear the waves. However it does face the inlet and it is a very pleasant view. The front balcony faces the parking lot. You can walk directly to the ocean or down the inlet to the point and then the ocean. It is quite a walk to the ocean. The king bed mattress is very firm. Being in a gated community is a big plus. No traffic or noise at night. Parking was not an issue. The host was great and provided all the info we needed. We would definitely go back.

Needs HELP!

Will not rent this property again. We knew the property was dated from pictures, and it checked all our boxes, until we arrived. It was obvious the cleaning crew cut corners. I had to replace a moldy shower liner . And there were someone’s toenail clippings all on the floor…several of them. We went to vacuum the toenails up, the vacuum smelled like rubber burning so we were afraid to use it. Went to use the washing machine and it didn’t work. Coffee maker didn’t work properly either. But the location is undeniably the best!! Will look for an updated unit in this same complex next time!!

Can't beat the location

My family and I had a solid stay in this condo at inlet point villas. The condo is two bedrooms, two baths and has a fantastic view of the inlet and ocean areas at the point of Cherry Grove Beach. You can tell from the pictures that some aspects of the condo are dated. However, I all of the necessities were present and I found everything to be clean and in working condition. The stove looked older than I am but it worked. It also worked without heating up the condo which says a lot for old school craftsmanship. An important upgrade that was in the condo was central air conditioning. We stayed in the middle of July and every room in the condo was comfortable at all times. For me the biggest negative was the bed in the master bedroom. Other reviews said it was hard and they were not wrong. The couch, love seat, and twin beds in the other bedroom were all comfortable though. The owner was available via text and the app if needed and we had no issues during our stay. My Dad fished, my nephew (6) enjoyed playing in the water, and my niece enjoyed catching hermit crabs and looking for shells. The location at the quiet end of Cherry Grove and the view are by far my favorite parts of a relaxing stay. Thanks.

Was Surprised By All Of the 5 Star Reviews After Our Stay Here...Very Outdated and Needs Work

Before I begin this review I want to say that I am not a person to complain, and I even hated complaining to the owner regarding the issues surrounding his condo. While this condo is in a wonderful location and the view is amazing that's pretty much all that it offers. The pictures online to not accurately represent how outdated and rundown the condo is. The description also states that there are amenities offered that while are physically in the condo, they are either broken or do not work properly. When we arrived the condo was very clean and the owner did communicate well throughout the process so I do want to point that out as a positive, but when I messaged him regarding the issues with his condo following our week vacation while his response was polite, I felt that he basically was saying that since he has repeat renters and is able to keep his unit rented that my complaints were unjustified and even said that I "had more complaints than any other renter". I feel that the complaints I made were completely valid and need to be fixed as one issue is honestly dangerous. The issues that I relayed to him were that the furniture on the balcony was basically falling apart, my family couldn't even sit on the balcony which is the best part of the condo because of the view. The coffee pot did not work as it legit took 45 mins to brew a pot of coffee and it tasted terrible. The toaster did not work, the master bathroom tub continuously dripped water, the toilets made a horrible squealing sound after flushing, the furniture in the living room was very dirty and not well kept (it was denim-I have never even seen denim furniture so I assume that style is very old), and the worst part was the washer and dryer did not work. We attempted to wash a load and it sounded like the washer was going to blow up. Ended up stopping it and had a soaking wet load of clothes that I put into the dryer to try and dry some only to find that the dryer didn't work well either. The dryer was very old...probably an original model like the stove/oven in the unit from when the condos were built in the 70's. Thankfully we were vacationing with my best friend and her family who own the condo above this condo and were able to go up there to wash clothes, have coffee, cook food and enjoy their balcony. If not our week would've been A LOT different. The condo has a ton of potential and in my opinion things should be fixed before it is rented out to anyone else.

Needs some more updates

The condo is nice. Location is great. The view from the back patio is beautiful especially at sunrise and sunset. Inside the condo needs some more updates. The master bathroom is very outdated and needs some love. I understand the owner is doing the updated himself and the hall bath has been nicely redone as well as the kitchen. Just be aware if you have bad knees or hips the master bathroom will be unusable for you due to the toilet being so small and short. The master bedroom mattress also needs to be replaced. It was awful. If you like laying on a board hard mattress then it will be perfect but there was seriously NO give in that mattress. It felt like you were laying on two boxsprings. Over all we enjoyed our stay. If the mattress in the master was replaced I would definitely stay again.
