Perfect house for large groups with a total of 9 sleeping areas (8 bedrooms and 1 sleeper sofa), along with 2 separate living spaces, sleeps 15+. Great for getting all together but also having your privacy when needed!

Relaxation at its best in the Colorado Mountains, with a home that has 7 bedrooms separated into four distinct and private areas. It also has two separate living areas. Enjoy the company of others, but you can always retreat to your own space. We love this house when hosting large groups of friends or multiple families.
This beautiful home is nestled back within a private wooded lot offering you relaxation and tranquility while being centrally located in the Fraser Valley. Enjoy this house in both the summer and winter with activities located throughout Winter Park. This beautiful mountain home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, as well as the Fraser tubing hills. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski Resort.
Walk in to a beautifully updated great room with a slate entry way and a matching slate wood burning fireplace.
Relax in your own private hot tub or have some fun playing poker on our game table table. There is also a 50' flat screen TV in the rec room with plenty of room for all to enjoy a movie together or have some fun with the Nintendo Wii or Xbox 360.
Our Master bedroom has a king bed along with a flat screen TV, second bedroom has 2 sets of full over full bunk beds and 32" TV, third bedroom has a king bed and 50" TV, fourth bedroom has 2 queen beds, full size futon and 50" TV, loft area is now an enclosed bedroom with queen bed, fifth bedroom has a king bed with 50" TV, and sixth bedroom has a king bed with 50" TV as well! (there is a twin bedroom in the wing with the master king bedroom and the full over full bunk beds).
Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen is a gourmet kitchen with a Viking six range gas stove top, double ovens, over-sized refrigerator, ice maker, separate freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a warming drawer. The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to create wonderful meals for all your guests. We have included all the things that we find valuable in a home kitchen and have tried to have it available in our mountain home.
There are also plenty of dishes and utensils for two meals so one set can be in the dishwasher while you have enough for your next meal. We have included high quality pots and pans as well as additional small appliances that you would not normally have available in a rental home. These would include a crock pot, waffle maker, hand blender, and even an electric griddle. We also have a nice tablecloth and cloth napkins for special occasions and meals. Creating a huge meal like a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings is not a problem at our home!

Entryway mudroom has a large entry way and coat closet.

-Large kitchen, dining and living area. Kitchen is equipped with standard French door refrigerator, large commercial 6 burner gas stove with retracting hood vent, standard built in oven, microwave/convection combo.
- Dining room: seating for 10-12 with additional seating at kitchen bar/counter.
- Living room: large sectional, two accent chairs and 65" TV with cable service and wood burning fireplace
- Large patio w/ grill and outdoor dining. Our patio is equipped with outdoor couch, dining table for 6, large umbrella and propane grill.
- Bedroom #2: king suite with attached bathroom#242"TV with roku and cable
- Bathroom #2: Double sink, Large stand up shower, large tub and toilet
- Bedroom #3: 2 sets of full size bunk beds, this room shares
- Bathroom #3 and its attached to king suite 40"TV with Roku
- Bedroom #4: Twin bed, this room shares bathroom #2 and is also attached to king suite NO TV
Upstairs:
- Bedroom #5: Queen size bed, this room shares bathroom #3 with other bedroom on this level42" TV with Roku

- Our second living room has a large sectional couch, pull out sofa, game table, 65" smart TV, Xbox and gas fireplace.
Entertainment : The home has all the entertainment amenities that you want. Both living areas feature High Definition TVs with an HD satellite TV. Both entertainment systems include home theater speaker systems. The TV's in all bedrooms have roku media sticks where you can watch Netflix.
Other amenities include free local and long distance as well as high speed internet with WiFi connection.
We have an outdoor hot tub; look for the hooks on the trees to hang your towels. No need to be cold when you get out! It is so wonderful to sit in the hot tub after a day spent in the outdoors and enjoy the stars.
General Amenities:
All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).
We also have a heated over-sized garage with plenty of room for your ski equipment and mountain bikes, and a large capacity front loading washer and dryer for your use.
Please note we do use Noiseaware sound monitoring to ensure our county wide quiet time hours are being followed.
Get ready to make some wonderful memories here in Winter Park and at our beautiful mountain home!

1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 8 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will loose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

The Lift Winter Park Shuttle stop is just one home down from ours and very easily walkable!
