Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 7ème étage donnant directement sur la rivière paresseuse. Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les fenêtres du sol au plafond de l'unité. Avec plus de 1,950 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse et récemment meublée.



Les commodités sont nombreuses dans ce condo de Phoenix West: l'unité est équipée d'appareils de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur intelligent 4k à écran plat 65 pouces dans le salon et de téléviseurs haute définition à écran plat dans toutes les chambres, d'une buanderie avec lave-linge et séchoir. Il y a 2 chambres de maître avec lits King et la 3ème. Br a 2 lits Queen. Canapé-lit dans le salon. Toutes les chambres ont une salle de bain privée et une salle de bain complète.



Il y a une rivière paresseuse, un toboggan, une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire clôturée, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme dernier cri, 4 saunas et des courts de tennis sur le toit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked this condo very much. We love the extra ice machine. The kitchen has an air fryer and a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. It does need a couple of hand towel racks on either side of the sinks in the master bathroom. The floors will turn the bottoms of your feet black so wear shoes or dark socks.

This location offers an enjoyable and ideal temporary residence, suitable for individuals of all ages.The provided amenities were highly beneficial, with the exception of the absence of a landline telephone. Our mobile phone services were unavailable within the condominium, and the Wi-Fi experienced an outage for over an hour, preventing internal communication.We would consider this location for future stays, potentially establishing it as an annual vacation destination.

Fabulous Condo

This condo was perfect for 2 families. The extra hall bath with shower was great so everyone could quickly clean up after a day at the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and the ice machine was a great bonus. Beds were all comfortable. Beach - beautiful view! Pools and lazy river were great.

We have stayed in a higher location in the past and this was easier access and better view of the grandchildren as they played. Disappointing

The room was very dirty when we arrived. Floors were dirty. Kitchen and living area had not been wiped down and was not dusted. The furniture and rug were nasty. The room didn’t have a dustpan so we had to sweep and use wet napkins to wipe up. Would not recommend!

Great first experience at Phoenix West!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and offered a lot. It needs some attention to the beat up trim, improperly hung photos, loose headboards, etc. The showers were good, it was nice to park on the 7th floor of the garage and just walk in. The fans are noisy and need repaired. Dryer has to be slammed really hard to close properly. We tried to sweep and a couple times but the container was jam packed full of sand and had not been emptied by the cleaners for multiple times. Great view on the balcony and easy enough to take the stairs down and back up from the lobby. We'd stay here again though.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really wanted to give a good review, but I'm unable to, because of a few important reasons. The beds and pillows are so uncomfortable that you find yourself longing to get home. There is no drawer space for your clothes in the room I slept in. I needed a blanket and got one from the closet and it was filthy. The patio furniture is uncomfortable as well. The toilet tissue is awful as well. We could fix that and we did. But besides those things, the location is great, the lazy river is wonderful, Orange Beach is so clean and family oriented with nice restaurants. Phoenix West is nice. I can only speak of my unit. Won't stay in this unit again.

The 7th floor was awesome because you could sit in the unit and still see the ocean. A plus was the ability to drive to the 7th floor parking and unload very close to the unit. The kitchen was totally equipped with every possible item you could need. We would definitely stay in this unit if we came back to Orange Beach.

We had a great stay, with a few minor maintenance things. First none of the remotes to any TV had batteries, the porch light was broken and appeared to be duct taped. The master bathroom could have been cleaned a little better especially the bathtub. But none of those things impacted the quality of our stay.

The only negative was the 52 dollar parking pass we had to pay for each vehicle. Any other condo we have ever rented in the past, the parking passes have always been included. Beautiful and spacious property!

Beautiful condo. Everything was accurate to the listing. The location is perfect, and it’s very convenient to be able to hop back and forth between the pool and the ocean. The only negative for us was that the floors in the condo were not clean. They were swept, as there was no visible debris on them, but our feet were black on the bottom after walking around the condo for a few hours (and we were not on the balcony or outside, so it was from inside). We wore socks or flip flops at all times. Otherwise the condo was appropriately cleaned and we had no issues at all! Would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would like to see a blender added to the kitchen items. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, its very wallowed out. The condo is the same as the other 3 bedrooms we have rented here, but did enjoy being on the 7th floor, which is the lowest we've been able to rent in the past. We all enjoyed the lazy river and the grandkids all enjoyed the slide as well as the beach. The Phoenix West facility is great by any standards and caters to families and kids. We've been staying here the past 7-8 years.
