The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable. They're even was a choice of pillows which makes it extra special. Would recommend at will probably stay again at some point.

Quiet and quaint

Quaint and comfortable place to stay for an over night or longer visit. This place had everything you need to make your stay great. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful stay

What a wonderful stay- driving distance to downtown salida (shops and restaurants), and a nice walking path along the River, across the street for the dog. Host was so sweet, everything was clean and spacious!

Fantastic stay. Wonderful room. Ultra clean. Had the makings for coffee in the room great touch. AC in the room! Charging outlets everywhere. Would stay again.

Girls weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and lodging. Management super nice and helpful. Close to downtown Salida and easily accessed to highways. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Close to town and super friendly staff. Joni was the bomb and if we come back that way, we'll stay here again. Thank y'all so much for offering this newly remodeled space =)

Great stay!

I scrambled to find a place to stay on the tail end of a busy weekend. I found this two bedroom condo and snagged it. I’m glad I did because it is a clean, cozy, quiet place to stay. All of my staff interactions were friendly, helpful, and vey up-beat. We will be staying there again. Thanks for a great stay!

Run down and smelled

The room was very musty and smelled awful, even after opening windows. One bedroom had curtains on the floor so there was way to cover the window, the carpet was wet and sticky. Longer walk to downtown than I thought, we had to drive each time. Bathroom was clean but straight out or the 70's, not a cute vintage way....

Sweet little spot in Salida

A few of our favorite reasons we have stayed here multiple times include the clean room, clean and large hot tub (with all working jets!), and the dog path across the street. We love bringing our pup with us and it’s so convenient to cross the street and be on the path. This family owned spot is great.

Most units include at least a basic kitchen, while our condos and efficiency sleepers include a full kitchen.
