Brigadune is an ocean front community located on the ocean in Myrtle Beach, SC and overlooks the prestigious Dunes Golf Course. Brigadune consists of 98 privately owned condominiums and provides owners and guests with a relaxing environment. Owners and guest can take a walk on the beach, swim or sit around the pool in this leisure setting. There is plenty to see and do while you are here, whether it's playing a round of golf or just enjoying quality time with the family. Come Experience Ocean Front relaxation with us!

There is a deluxe oceanfront swimming pool and tanning area with chairs by the pool. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom on the ocean. In the second bedroom are two twin beds and both bedrooms have TVs. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer located on the even floors in the building that are coin operated.

Bed linens and bath towels are included with your stay!

Great condo

We love Brigadune and have stayed there multiple times this condo was freshly painted and nicely decorated and a perfect location would recommend highly! Check in was flawless and the condo did not disappoint we had a great experience!

Construction

They were doing painting on the building, Came out of the condo one day and had to take the plastic down to be able to leave. Also was not able to get a laundry card due to no one being available in the lobby.

Check construction status before renting this unit!

This unit was mostly lovely. All as pictured. Well furnished with plenty of space to spread out & a beautiful ocean view. The cleaning was not very thorough & I had to clean a couple things myself upon arrival. The kitchen trash bin had food & grime stuck all over it and the showers were not cleaned well at all & had mildew on the curtains and in corners. However, my biggest complaint was the MAJOR construction going on at the Brigadune during our stay. There were workers all week on multiple floors sawing & drilling through concrete from about 10am-6pm every day but Sunday. They were all throughout the hallways. We had to walk over rubble covered tarps and around ladders to get to the elevators every day. The noise & vibrations made it impossible to be in the unit during the day. Thankfully, we were blessed with perfect weather & spent as much time as possible outside. After contacting the property manager, we did recieve a partial refund, as we were not notified in advance that this work was being done. But I cannot recommend staying at any unit in this building for quite awhile, as the signs say the work being done is part of a multi-year project.

We enjoyed our stay and all was indicated via mail and photos. We left it as we found it and even a bit better. The only issue was the cleanliness of the property. The lanai was quite dirty but I can assume that could be from the rains and winds. The master bedroom was a bit sloppy but easily righted. We enjoyed ourselves and thought the home was lovely with a perfect view. Thank you.

No pool?

The condo was perfectly fine, although in need of updating. It states there is a pool, but the pool does not open until after Easter, according to the maintenance people on the site. I stayed one night and left the next day (with a full refund) because of the false advertising. I had kids with me that wanted to swim. I booked, in part, because of the pool. I was disappointed because I did like the location of the condo and the homey feeling within the condo.

Nice location.

This was our second time staying at Brigadune. Nice location, decent condos. This one was fine. Fairly clean, but there were some small bug issues. In fairness, that’s hard to pin on any particular owner.

We have stayed at the Brigadunes before. The floor level was perfect and the room was very nice.

Only complaint was the master bedroom shower was too small and needs updated. Other than that it was a really nice condo.

We had a wonderful stay! The Condo was Clean, The Ocean view was amazing! The Beach decor throughout the condo was beautiful! All the dishes, silverware, pots and pans, you need were provided.Such friendly staff and guests! Would totally stay here again! Great location and a calm area in North Myrtle Beach! You will Love this place!

Brigadier Unit 5E

This unit was amazing. Location was perfect, view was amazing. Plenty of room for a family if necessary. We loved our time there and will return. Only downside was cell phone service was very limited but not a big deal at all for a vacation.
