"Mermaids Cove II" Our Home is a Gem inside and out On Crystal Beach, Custom Built 3 Bedroom 2 full Baths open floor plan first bedroom is a queen Bed 2nd Bedroom is our Mermaids Loft room 3 full beds and 2 twin "Bunk-beds" The 3rd Bedroom "Master" upstairs with private full Bath with soaking tub and shower and has a private Deck overlooking the Beautiful beach fall asleep to the Ocean Waves on our comfy outside Daybed... You will not find a Better Home and LOCATION !!! for Your Family Vacation. The Beach Entrance is less than 1 minute walk Our home is on the End of a no outlet Dead end street so NO Traffic!! and plenty of play area We have Games Puzzles you name it we got it LOL!! and A Drawer full of DVD movies for you to Enjoy !! close to Stingaree, Down Under(across the street has great Great Bands) grocery very close We have a picnic area and wash station (Sink) and private outdoor shower and restroom and Barbecue pit .. The Home is completely stocked with cooking supplies Blender toaster crock-pot, platters you name it we have it for you to Enjoy!!
It is a Stunning Beach Front home That has that WOW!! factor but so Comfortable..

This is a contract by renting you are responsible for all who you have in our Home This is a NONE SMOKING NO PET Home or lose your damage deposit.
Barbecue pit is to be used only Downstairs on concrete and charcoal is to be put out after use! No doors open when AC is On..be respectful .

Great escape and family time

Owners very friendly and helpful on check in process. Home was beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need! Easy access to beach with gorgeous views of beach and sunrises from front decks.

Perfect Framily Getaway

We enjoyed a long weekend away in Port B. The Mermaid II is clean and perfect for two families with young children. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and the porch is perfect for some morning coffee or evening cocktails. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and we felt at home from the moment we arrived.

Perfect Memorial Day

We have rented numerous houses at Bolivar and this was our favorite. The house, the location and the owner were all a 10. We will definitely be back.

Cleanliness

Cindy was very helpful for the entire process from renting to letting us know about rip currents in the area. The beach cabin is very nice and clean.

Location and Views

We had a great time at the beautiful Mermaid Cove II beach home for our family get away! We had plenty of room for our family. The house was clean, stocked, and beautifully decorated. The view was amazing and we loved the porch swing naps! Can’t wait to come back again and stay. Thanks again Troy and Cindy.

Everything and more!

This property was exactly as pictured from the moment we pulled up and stepped foot into this lovely home. Communication with Cindy from beginning to end was exceptional. Her warm personality made us seem like friends already and she was happy to provide recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The home is well equipped, the beds are SUPER comfy, the primary bedroom on the top floor is so QUIET and the overall location can't be beat! We enjoyed our relaxation on the decks and even got treated to a significant fireworks display one evening from just a few houses down. A great beach vacation!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

From the booking process on the entire stay was perfect. We booked the property for a last minute, much needed getaway and we could not have asked for a better property. Cindy was a joy to work with and was easy to communicate with the entire time we were there. The house is located in the perfect location with a beautiful, non obstructed view of the beach. The home itself if beautiful. It is perfectly decorated and has every thing you would need for your stay. We enjoyed the views on the porch during the day and the ocean breeze from the same place at night. We will definitely make this a must book for our future trips to Crystal Beach. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

A cozy beachfront dream!

This beach house was absolutely incredible. The views were amazing. Perfect location. The attention to detail in each piece of interior design was the prettiest. The beds were so comfortable and we slept great. If I needed anything, the owners responded very quickly. We had zero issues this trip. I can’t say thank you enough for allowing us to make memories at your home. It was so beautiful and the best vibe!

Lovely family vacay!

We had a wonderful time at Cindy and Troy’s beautiful Mermaid Cove II beach home! We had more than enough room for our whole crew. The two balconies were AMAZING and the view was awesome! My children had such a fun time! They had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Thanks again Cindy and Troy! :)

Lovely home and host, great location and views

We loved our stay here! Our girls (ages 3-9) loved the bunk beds, and also all the mermaid themed decor. So fun! Beds were comfy, and we loved the porch swings. The owner/ host was very friendly and helpful. I wish we could say this would be our regular spring break place, but I hadn’t thought about the fact that this area of the beach, while not terribly busy, allows cars everywhere, with no pylons for parking like some other TX beaches have. This made our beach time a bit stressful with four littles, basically wanting to constantly run across the “road” to the softer/drier sand. Still had a great time, just something to consider if you have littler kids. :)

So weve stayed on the beach on crystal beach multiple times and this is by far the best experience ive had personally. Keep in mind this house is for 10 people or less but if that is your requirements you wont get a better deal on the island for that size group. First off, the owners are AMAZING and communication is to the degree that i feel ive made personal friends. We discussed every detail of the potential for our vacation and i felt they enjoyed it as much as i did. The house is SO close to the beach that we left our canopies set up all week and could get to them within a minute (seriously) with the golf cart we rented. Absolutely no complaints and we had 4 teenagers and 2 6 yr olds. If you get no complaints out of a group like that then you did EVERYTHING RIGHT!!! If our group is 10 or less we wont look anywhere else. I would give it 10 stars if i could. The pic of our canopies in the rain is from the balcony of the house. Its as close as you can get and its at the end of the drive so there is absolutely zero traffic around or past the house.

So comfy and well equipped

We had the best time at this Cindy’s beach house! Our host, communicated very fast and easy from the very beginning. Everything is as exactly as she described. This home is the BEST maintained home I have ever stayed in at Crystal beach or at any STR, previously. The cleanliness, the extra amenities, the decor, etc. were all 10 out of 10! The proximity to the ocean was perfect. We could walk back to the house to use facilities, as needed. The built in patio table downstairs got much use. Two downstairs showers were helpful with 5 little Sandy bodies to rinse. My favorite part of this home, that I hadn’t previously thought about: the ground floor toilet. It made restroom breaks for little kids so easy! Basically there is a toilet on every floor and I would have never thought about how much more convenient that makes it, but it was awesome. The beds were extremely comfortable. The central vac made cleanup so quick and easy. The bunks with bathroom access was perfect for the kids. I could go on and on, but you get the picture … it was amazing!

Great Family Getaway

We had a long needed family getaway with 2 Grown and Flown kids. We all had an amazing time. The house, location and communication with Cindy was unbelievable. We will definitely stay here again.

All Around Amazing!

Everything as advertised and more! Beautiful house that was meticulously clean and had plenty of room. Has a great porch with an unobstructed view of the ocean! Loved how the owners had a small basket of the “beach things” that were available for use (insect repellent, aloe Vera, vinegar, band aids, etc). Will definitely rent this place again! Oh and the fireworks on July 4th were spectacular to watch from the 2nd story deck!
