This luxury 8-bedroom / 5-bathroom vacation home in the exclusive The Retreat in Champions Gate Golf Resort has been carefully designed and thoughtfully equipped to accommodate any large group or family with sleeping space for up to 16 guests (this includes adults and children over 2 years old). This home includes several living areas including a family tv loft, a game room and a movie theater.
The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes everything you need to create wonderful meals during your stay.
The outdoor living space is perfect for the warm Florida summer days with a screened private pool and spillover spa as well as a BBQ with a golf course view.
In case you need to work or study, the house provides a desk in the Masterbedroom.

Each bedroom is furnished with a flat screen 43" TV and access to complimentary Wifi and cable.
Main living area has a large flat screen 65" TV
Upper floor loft area has a flat screen 55" TV with an Xbox disk-free gaming console (you need to log in with your account), a sectional and a bean bag. Ceiling fan.
Movie theater area has a large flat screen 85" TV, 7x leather recliners and 2 bean bags.
Themed games room has a table tennis, air hockey and foosball table and 2 arcade machines. NEWLY ADDED PLAYHOUSE.
Vet station and kitchen pretend play for the little ones in the family.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
Private pool and spillover spa (optional heating for an additional fee)
4x sun lounges, 8 seat patio table and sectional Seating Group. BBQ included (4 burners - propane available locally. Guests are responsible for their own propane) Ceiling fans.
Pool fence.

* Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from November to April. If you would like the Spa to be heated, you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
**All spa/pool heating requests must be prior to your check in and it has to be for the complete duration of your stay.

CLEANING PROTOCOLS:
• The safety of our guests is our primary concern.
• Due to COVID and strict cleaning procedures, we are not allowing early check-in or late check-out for guest at this time.
• All linens and towels go through the wash and dry cycle at the recommended temperature required to kill the virus.
• Surfaces and appliances are thoroughly disinfected before each stay.
• Our Property Management's housekeepers and Inspectors have been professionally trained.

Champions Gate is centrally located off the I-4, near Publix Supermarket, Walgreens and many shopping centers and restaurants.

Disney stay
Our stay at the champions gate house was perfect! Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. Everything about the house and available amenities were perfect and we have no complaints. Definitely stay there if you were considering staying offsite while visiting Disney! We are so thankful to have had this place to stay and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a house in the area! It will definitely be a future consideration if we return!

Fabulous house for large families!
Our family of 13 loved this house, the location and the amenities at Champions Gate. Being within walking distance to the playground, the basketball court and soccer field was a real pleasure for all of us - young and old. The beds were all super comfortable with beautiful bedding and the whole house was clean and nicely decorated. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space as well as lots of room, inside and out, for us to share meals together and enjoy each others company. Brigitte and the property management were terrific to deal with. I highly recommend this property and we plan on returning here for our next family vacation.

Beautiful and spacious home
Booking CG magical villa was super easy for my family. Brigitte was available throughout the entire process for questions or concerns and EXTREMELY responsive. Upon arriving at the villa, my family was met with a gorgeous home (pictures do not do it justice). We loved it. Our only issue was not being able to truly enjoy the pool and hot tub. We did opt-in for the pool heat, but it just did not get warm enough until our last night, really. And even then, the pool was warmer than the hot tub (which only got lule warm). I know this was due to the weather in Florida (it was in the 60s). I will definitely book with Orlando Magical Villas for future vacations.

Great house!
The house is big and beautiful. So much space to spread out! Kitchen had plenty of cups, plates, utensils, ect. Make sure to bring your own of everything else! Our kids loved the themed rooms and the garage/playroom and movie theatre! The community is a bit confusing to navigate. We never went to the club house but there was a phone number you could call for a shuttle service. We are 3 families and had a great time. Thanks so much for having us!

El aire no funciona la casa es un infierno deberian arreglarlo, cobran un deposito y te lo quitan al final de tu estadia , se supone que es por si algo se daña en mi caso cuide mucho a pesar que tenia muchos niños y todo estaba intacto sin embargo me quitaron el deposito Por jugar cartas en el area de la piscina con mi familia y salir un poco tarde de la hora que aveces es normal y suele suceder lo peor es que la anfitriona le dije muchas veces que moriamos de calor y ella no respondia mis mensajes y tampcoo me ayudo mis hijos pasaron el peor fin de semana quise cancelar por el aire y alli si me dijo que perderia todo mi dinero asi que tuvimos que quedarmos en esa horrible casa los baños tenian pelos horrible esta casa no la renten jamas hace mucho mucho calor el aire no funciona hasta mi hija llego con algo en la piel de los baños no tienen buena higiene

Beautiful home
This house is very very nice! It was very spacious and the Disney rooms were such a fun perk. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I had direct communication with the owner and she was very very responsive to any questions we had! I would highly recommend this house if you have a large group!!!!

Perfect Family Vacation Home
Our large family of three generations rented five homes in Champions Gate for a reunion. This home was by far the best: clean, well-maintained, and with everything we needed for our immediate family. The beds were super comfortable with crisp sheets and cozy comforters. You can't go wrong with this one!

Wonderful
We had the best family vacation. The house is beautiful and super spacious. The rooms are decorated nicely. The kids had a blast choosing their own room with the caracters they liked. The heated pool and jacuzzi was a great way to relax after a long day. It was wonderful!

Perfection for this family
We were 8 adults and 6 kids.. There was so much room we didn’t even use a room. The rooms we did use were spacious. Grandkids loved the decor in the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable bathrooms and kitchen were clean and also good size.. The OWNER was responsive all the way thru... Great experience .. Did not want to leave...

Great stay!!
My family of 10 really enjoyed the house! Everything was as listed. The house was very spacious and allowed enough room for everyone to be in the house and not feel “on top” of each other. Great communication from the property manager as well. There was one mix up with the pool heat that was resolved in good timing. I would keep this in my list of properties to visit again.

Family Christmas vacation
Property was just as in the pictures, very nice and elegant. Plenty of things for everyone, baby items and games/toys for older kids. Pool was clean snd everyone had lots of fun. It would have been better if the poolhouse was closer to the property. Cleanliness can be improved. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic Stay
This was by far one of the best properties I have stayed at. Everything was organized and clean. All the beds were comfortable and the space was well used! If I had any recommendations it would be to have more towels for the guest especially with having a pool/spa. Outside of that I would recommend this place to everyone!

Amazing experience
The property was perfect and exactly as described. Everything was in working order. There was something for everyone. Enjoyed the pool, game room and theatre room with the family. Kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to enjoy dinner together after a long day at the parks. Host was very responsive and provided restaurant recommendations. It was a perfect week. Thank you

Just a dream
Everything you see in these pictures is what your getting. An unbelievably clean house new Fresh. They give you everything from a fork to a pot to a blender crock pot and more. I literally felt like I was at home. They are kind and are on top of everything. We had a question we had answers within minutes. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful stay
This property was exactly as described in the post. Plenty of space for a large family and had plenty of things to do for all ages. The game room was awesome and the kids really enjoyed the basketball game and the theatre room was a family favorite after a long day of exploring the beaches or theme parks. The only set back was the grill not being cleaned but the host was super communicative and offered a cleaning service through the ordeal. Over all 5 star stay, Host is amazing and very responsive. The property is located in champions gate which is prime time if you’re looking to golf as well as being central to everything. Definitely would stay again !
