Family stay

The house was super clean it was very nice and cozy and warm. It was a great layout of bedrooms. Lots of dishes, towels, blankets and nice living room, great space for a family to watch a movie. The dinning table was perfect for a family meal and card games.

Middle of the Road House

Bedroom mattresses were super hard. Only one bedroom had a comfy mattress. Super close to the railroads and traffic so you could hear everything. I don’t think we were in a “good” part of the neighborhood. Found 3 spiders right when we walked in. We rent a ton of houses when we travel and I would rate this a “middle of the road” house.

Amazing stay

I rented this property to bring my parents into the area for their grandson's graduation. It worked out amazing for gathering of family and a few friends to have a cookout. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for a great time away!

Amazing

Great experience staying here to visit flagstaff for the first time . Kids enjoy the snow around and we’re very comfortable. Great communication with the host in regards to extending the stay and Wifi issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house!

This property had a super cute design. The property was also equip with everything a family could need. Loved the variety of games for the kids and selection of teas for the adults. Also the property manager was super accommodating and let us check in a bit earlier and communicated quickly and efficiently. If we are ever in town again we’ll definitely stay again. Thank you!

Very clean

We went up for family weekend as our daughter is a student at NAU, the house isn’t far from campus. Maybe a 10 minutes drive, the house is really nice very clean and plenty of parking if you have a couple people coming up. We will definitely stay again.

Vacation Rental in Flagstaff

Owner very easy to work with. Messaged re needing some supplies and delivered quickly. Nice to be a bit away from downtown and location is very convenient to Route 66. Place was extremely clean and had prymuch anything you might need for an extended stay. Would definitely rebook if in Flagstaff again

Nice property

This was a great place to stay for our week in Flagstaff. The only suggestion I would make is it would be nice to have a welcome book with information about the property, ie electrical box, how to turn off the water, wifi info, just for emergencies and such. Other than that, wonderful property. Very clean and neat. We all enjoyed our stay.

Nice House, but Location is not Great

This house is very well appointed and clean. The location across from a used car business, Rte 66 and train tracks is not ideal for peace and quiet. The house does not have AC, so if in summer with open windows, the train noise is intense and frequent. The house is nice and Marco was accommodating, but the house location is unfortunate.

Great house

Beautiful house, it was very clean and spacious. The restaurant across the street had great menu. Location of the house was very easy to find. You can hear the train like mentioned in previous comments, but it's not bad. I will definitely be booking this house again.

Beautiful

The house was beautiful. There was a lot of variety in the beds; tall, short, firm, soft. The kitchen has everything our group of 6 needed. They provide enough amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo & conditioner, etc.) that you don't need to run to the store right away. The games in the house are great. My kids learned dominoes and that's all they wanted to do. Thank you for a clean stay.

Multi-Generation Grand Canyon Weekend

My family and I were very pleased with the property. Every room was nicely appointed, the house was decorated very well, even our one teenager was impressed by it. Not only was it clean and "just like the online photos", the amenities were wonderful. The Keurig made everyone happy, the never ending supply of blankets was an extra. John was very responsive and the one issue (lighting the fire pit) we encountered was quickly addressed by Marco. The location to the airport and Route 66 was so convenient. It was just like being home away from home! I would recommend this property - we had a wonderful time even when we just sat and watched old Perry Mason reruns together. Thank you John!

Very nice home

The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean and nicely decorated. In more the historic district. It is right off a main road. There are trains coming very often right across the street. The house inslates it pretty well but can hear some of the bigger ones coming through. If your a really light sleeper it could be tough. The beds are all firmer memory foam. I thought they were comfortable but my husband struggled a bit. He is very picky though but know he may not be the only one. After all the amazing outdoor activities, a good nights sleep is important. Really enjoyed our stay here just some things for consideration. Would highly recommend if neither of the above is a concern for you!

Excellent home base for site seeing!

The family ranges from 69 to 7. There were 5 adults and 2 kids. The house was the perfect size! We used the house as home base to explore in all directions. We all loved the gas dire pit. The grandsons loved making smores after a day of hiking.
