Beautiful condo. Everything inside this rental was new and updated. Comfy bedding and plenty of space. Clean inside and outside the facility. We felt safe and protected at all times. Beach and pool area was never crowded. Great chair service. Quick communication through texting. Fun to have free putt-putt and pickle ball. We loved Tides and would book again. The only complaint we had is that we couldn’t use the pool bar due to the new rules.

We have stayed in several places around Destin area. This is by far our favorite spot. Easy beach access and so much to do for kids outside of the beach/pool. We will 100% be back. Condo was clean and spacious, everything you need.

Great Property

This was our twelfth year staying at the Tides. This unit was updated beautifully. Plenty of space. The only issue was I’d have housekeeping wash the floors!

One the nicest places I have ever stayed

Everything about this condo was spot on with what was said on the description. We have been coming to the gulf our entire lives. This is the first time we have stayed in this particular condo and it was one of the best condos in the Tides. Great views, ease to get to the pool and the beach, it was extremely clean and had great customer service. Thank you we will be back again.

The Tides Miramar Beach

Our Spot

Our only advice to make it better would be to upgrade the toaster and add some traditional oven mitts. We love this condo and plan to return.

Tides 405 Wonderful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our new favorite condo at Tops’l. The unit has been fully updated, tastefully furnished and decorated. The pool and beach views are amazing. The condo was clean, but areas like the fan blades, vents and behind dressers were neglected. The property management team were professional and responsive. We did need to rent beach service umbrellas and chairs because the provided items inside the unit were rusty and fragile. Overall, a wonderful stay at Tides 405!

NEED TO FIX URGENT

Washing machine does not work ( rinse cycle ) No mattress cover on the master bed ( a must ) The mattress on the master bed is worn out ( so uncomfortable)

Thank you so much for your feedback! The washing machine was inspected shortly after your departure and we were able to use it without any issue. There have been issues with the rinse cycle reported if the machine is overloaded with laundry, however. We appreciate your comments and will share them with our operations team so that we can continue to improve upon our guest experience.

Great beachfront condo with a view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 405 Tops’l Tides was a great unit. The unit has been remodeled/updated and was super clean! Everything was as described in the listing. The location of the unit is perfect. On the beachfront side and close to the elevators. (Our only “issue” with the condo was the water pressure in the shower. More like a light rain than a strong shower. But that’s a personal preference I guess) This was our 4th time staying at Tops’l and our 3rd with Gibson management. We did not have to contact them for anything. But my mom was staying in a unit as well and when she tried to get in her room the batteries to the lock had died. Gibson was on site in 10 minutes and had her ready to go. So I know their customer service is great. We love staying at Tops’l Tides because of the location and amenities offered. Having 2 pools and the poolside bar is amazing. Don’t want to go out for lunch dinner or drinks? They have you covered!! Being located between the craziness of Destin and 30A means you can go either direction for plenty to eat or do. Or right across the street to Baytowne Warf! Check-in/out on the app makes staying with Gibson and Tops’l a breeze!10 out of 10 would stay here again!
