This beautiful 30A style 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, two bunks twin XL and one queen sleeper sofa located on the 13th floor of the Summit Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. Fully functional with washer & dryer and beautiful deep soaking tub. This unit is directly on the beach with direct frontal views of the sugary white sands and the Gulf of Mexico. The Complex has with 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, game room, TIki Bar, etc.

CEILING FAN REMOTES IN THE LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM! IF REMOTES LOST THERE WILL BE A $50 CHARGE UPON ROOM INSPECTION AFTER CHECK-OUT!

SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT!
Per HOA Parking Garage Fees per vehicle is $30 each. Any additional parking requests will have a $30 fee. MAX Garage Passes is 2 per HOA rules.

Great updated condo

Everything was great, located on the 13th floor right beside the elevators. Newly renovated and the beds in the bedroom were SO comfy! Only downside was the condo in fact did NOT come with 2 beach chairs & umbrella as listed and cost 50 first day and 30 every day after.

The Best Condo, The Best Vacation!

We have visited the Summit many times. This was by far our favorite condo we've stayed in! It's clean, beautifully renovated and had everything we could have asked for! When needed, the property owners were super responsive to messages or calls. AND the Summit has NEW ELEVATORS! 20 out of 10 would recommend if you're looking for a beach vacation!!

My friends and I absolutely loved this condo. The convenience to the elevator was great, the condo was extremely clean and looked even better in person. Very updated and cute! Only negative thing I can say is the shower was a little snug but overall we loved it. Would 100% stay here again.

Very clean

This condo is very clean. The Summit is an excellent resort with a ton of amenities. Pools are clean and open till 11pm. All of the drink/snack shops were surprisingly affordable! Elevators were quick. Maintenance staff takes great care and pride in keeping the place clean! I did leave 4 stars in accuracy because the listing said 2 beach chairs and umbrella included. When I went down the guy said he did not have our condo on his list nor has he ever. I texted the owner immediately and he said he would look into it. In the mean time the chair guy went ahead and gave them to us. I would 100% recommend this condo and the Summit!

This apartment was very clean!!! New rug on the living room. Really good and clean sofa. Very good kitchen. The hotel has really bad and hot without air conditioners elevators.

A little disappointing

The condo was okay but a little cramped with no storage. We spent half of our vacation waiting on the broken elevators and stuck in them. The condo was clean and nice but definitely would not recommend this resort or stay here again. Will book elsewhere in the future.

AMAZING

The place was very clean and had plenty of space. I was very impressed with the communication from the lister and never had an issue. The ONLY downside was that the washer/dryer was confusing but it's easy to use once you figure it out. Me and my crew had zero complaints and I will be booking this place from now on! It's also great because my crew was 19&20 so it is hard to find somewhere that'll rent to visitors under 25 - I'm glad this place was available and I'd be confident saying this was definitely the best condo in PCB

Spring break

This condo was conveniently located to everything. It was also immaculately cleaned. The only downfall to this was the bathroom situation. I booked this thinking there were two full bathrooms but upon arrival, we realized there was only one shower. The tub was amazing but taking a shower was not. The shower curtain that wrapped all the way around the tub made you feel claustrophobic.

Wonderful Stay!

Last month, our family had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beach condo, and we loved it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking views of the ocean right from the balcony. The condo is beautifully decorated with a relaxed, beachy vibe that made us feel right at home.The space was well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The open floor plan, large windows, and natural light created an airy, inviting atmosphere that was perfect for our getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to whip up dinner when we wanted to stay in for the night. The living room was cozy, with a large TV for movie nights.The highlight, of course, was the beach just steps away. Whether we were lounging in the sand, going for a morning jog, or enjoying a sunset walk, it was so convenient to have the beach just outside our door. The condo also had rental beach chairs and umbrellas available , which made our beach days even more relaxing.The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, shops, and fun activities, but still peaceful and quiet enough for a restful vacation. We also appreciated the on-site amenities, including the pool and the poolside restaurant which we made use of throughout our stay.I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beachside retreat. It was the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. We can’t wait to return next year!

Fantastic unit

Love the Summit. Have been staying there for about 30 years. Loved the unit we stayed in and the host was great! VERY disappointed in the fact that the pools and hot tub both now close at 7:00 PM. So much so that this may persuade me to stay at a different location next year. My wife and I used to enjoy very much Getting in the hot tub at night. Who wants to climb into a hot tub when it is 90 degrees outside? That was our only option as it closed before dark even though the sign clearly said 11:00. Also, the bathrooms near the pool are closed at 7:00….WHY? What if you want to go sit by the pool at night? You have to go all the way back to your unit to use the restroom??? STUPID!!! What is someone going to do in or to the felon bathroom. The Summit is a great place but they seem to be trying very hard to make your time there as least enjoyable as possible! If that doesn’t change we will have to consider different options and I talked to many regulars who we see every year that said the same thing. Get it together Summit!!! STOP locking the whole place down before dark. It. Is. Ridiculous!!!

Great Condo on the Beach

The property was exactly as pictured and the beach view was breathtaking. It was decorated very nicely and had everything that we needed for our stay. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Good and bad

The room was great but the property only had two elevators. They hardly worked. Would have been a great vacation except for the elevators.

Best Beach Condo

This condo was amazing. It was the nicest, cleanest condo we have ever stayed in at the Summit. Everything was new, it had everything we needed, all kitchen appliances were new and worked and the beds were super comfy! We are already looking for dates next summer to come back and stay in this condo!
