Marmot’s Meadow Chalet is located in the gated Nicklaus North community, tucked along the south end of Green Lake. The neighborhood is built around the award-winning Nicklaus North Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus himself, and home to Table Nineteen, a lakeside restaurant and clubhouse with both casual and fine dining. The course operates seasonally (May–October), and tee times can be booked directly through the Nicklaus North website.

Whistler Village is just a short drive away, offering pedestrian-only streets lined with shops, cafes, restaurants, and lively après-ski spots. In winter, Whistler Blackcomb—the largest ski resort in North America—welcomes skiers and snowboarders from around the world, with the famous Peak 2 Peak Gondola connecting the two mountains.

Year-round, Whistler is an outdoor playground with something for everyone: golf, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, ziplining, paddleboarding, whitewater rafting, or simply soaking in the mountain views

The Space
Located in the private Nicklaus North community at Green Lake, Marmot’s Meadow Chalet combines alpine charm with modern comfort. Surrounded by mountain views, tall pines, and the 14th fairway of the Nicklaus-designed golf course, this 3,400 sq ft chalet is designed for gathering and relaxation.

With two living areas—an upper great room and a lower family room—there’s plenty of space for groups to spread out. Four of the five bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, making the chalet ideal for multi-family vacations, couples’ getaways, ski groups, reunions, or retreats.

The main living room features vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and a stone wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy space to relax after a day outdoors. Downstairs, the family room offers a more casual setting with plush seating and a built-in entertainment center, perfect for movie nights.

The open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with breakfast seating. Sliding doors lead to a spacious deck with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining area. Just off the kitchen, a rustic dining table with seating for eight invites memorable meals together.

Bedrooms are furnished with quality mattresses, linens, and forest or golf course views. The primary suite on the main floor includes a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and private balcony, plus a spacious ensuite with soaking tub and walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms include a bunk room upstairs and three guest rooms downstairs—two with queen beds and one with twin beds—each with their own ensuite bath.

Outdoor Amenities
The chalet offers two levels of outdoor living. The upper deck has Adirondack chairs and sweeping views of the golf course and forest, while the lower patio features hanging lights, seating, and a six-person hot tub. Whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise or soaking under the stars, it’s a space designed to enjoy the mountain air in every season.

The closest major airport is Vancouver International (YVR), approximately a 2.5 hours drive to Whistler. We're also within 5 hour's drive time of Seattle-Tacoma (SEA) and 3 hours from Bellingham International Airport (BLI) in Washington, USA which gives you lots of options in flights.
