From the moment you arrive, breathe in the salt air and feel the relaxing beach vibes. The Maravilla complex has been updated with new paint, lighting and walkways. The new beach ramp provides easy access to the beach - no stairs! Golf cart and e-bike rentals are allowed. Bonfires are available through La Dolce Vita (the beach service). Your stay includes beach service ~ 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas during the season (mid-March through mid-October). Take a break from the waves in one of the two pools or the hot tub. The complex also has both tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, cornhole, a basketball goal and a newly updated fitness center.
The condo features a fully stocked kitchen to make preparing your meals a breeze. New charcoal grills and picnic tables are conveniently located in the center of the property, near the second pool and tennis/pickleball courts. If you don't feel like cooking, there are several beach-side restaurants within walking distance. HarborWalk Village and Baytowne Wharf are both just short drives down the road and offer numerous restaurants and activities.

You'll find mini-golf, go-karts and a water park nearby. And don't forget your red flashlight for crab hunting on the beach at night!
