There are a full modern kitchen and a FREE parking stall with an EV charger. The Condo is on the west edge of Waikiki making it more secluded but close enough to experience Waikiki's "City Life." It is a short 5-minute walk to the world-famous Waikiki Beach and walking distance to the Ala Moana Shopping Center. The marina is just across the street and Ala Moana Beach Park is about a leisurely stroll away! This secured condo is ideally located on the quiet side of Waikiki where it meets Ala Moana District, yet near enough to catch all the excitement of Waikiki. Perry is a great host and his apartment is the best equipped of any I have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed just like it was our home. Great location and we could walk to the mall and beach in 10 to 15 minutes.
The location was perfect for us, close enough to walk to Ala Moana, Magic Island and Waikiki. But also very quiet. The top floor unit is bright and sunny so it can get warm in the afternoons, but the AC cools the rooms pretty quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend Perry's place.
The location is quiet compared with other Waikiki locations. The convenience factor is huge - easy walk to Ala Moana, grocery, beaches, dining, transportation, and gyms. The size of the place is spacious for staying a month - kitchen, bedroom, dining area, living space and nice bathroom with washer and dryer. We used the barbecue area and sat near the pool on occasion. Having access to the parking space is a bonus if you are renting a car. Overall we highly recommend this place! Perry is very communicative and immediately responsive to needs.
This rental is perfectly situated between the tourist area of Waikiki and the more laid back Ala Moana neighborhood.
The host is very responsive and we felt right at home instantly. The rooms are bright and spacious. The electronics are user-friendly and the building is quiet.
Having a pool and grill right downstairs is so convenient. The grocery store is just 1 block away - easy access to everything!

The condo location couldnât be more perfect. We had a car and the parking was an added comfort. However; we ended up walking so much of the time and we took advantage of the Holo bus system as well as the Biki bikes. The bed was very comfortable as well as the sectional couch. A lanai was the only thing missing. I think the unit first appeared clean but donât turn off the fans because Iâm not sure when they were cleaned last. Iâm very short and 69 years old and tried to get on the ladder but was unable to clean very high up. I would recommend a really deep clean before it gets rented out again. I really enjoyed our stay. We could walk to the beaches, restaurants and even to our daughterâs place of employment to meet for lunch. I would definitely rent this unit again but would insist on a thorough cleaning. Mahalo.
We enjoyed our stay at Perry's condo - it was very conveniently located between Ala Moana and is walking distance (~20 minutes) to the main Waikiki drag, and is quite spacious. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the kitchen appliances and towels are very old/used, however. It would have been nice to have a balcony as well. The condo included a beach umbrella/chairs which we found very helpful. The building's pool is very small and not really worth using. We did spend most of our time away from the condo though so these were not major issues.
