Cute, roomy apartment overlooking Main Street. We were able to watch the Homecoming Parade from the apartment. Nice surprise!

Downtown Suttons Bay

A great spacious location in the heart of Suttons Bay. Close to everything - shops, restaurants, and the beach. The space was quiet and had everything we needed for our stay, with great views of the town. Would definitely stay here again!

Sweet apartment/Great location

The place was perfect. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was awesome. Could walk everywhere in Suttons Bay. We will book again.

Great location and very clean!!

We enjoyed being able to walk downstairs and be right downtown! It was a little difficult to locate at first, but we figured it out! Property was very clean and well kept! The bathroom was a little small and tub could use some work, but those are the only “negatives” I can think of. Overall a great place!!

Mother / Daughter get away

Great property! The location is perfect for close proximity to town and a short walk to the beach. On site parking spot is a bonus. Highly recommend Half Moon. We will be back.

Excellent Location for Attending a Wedding

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. The location is perfect. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach when we had down time from the wedding we were attending in the area. The property was clean and we really liked people watching out of the front windows in the mornings! The only suggestion I would have is to provide a full sized ironing board. A small ironing board was available but it was hard to iron our wedding attire on it.

Wonderful place -- but

We loved Carol's place. Everything is top notch.. It's too bad that dealing with VBO is becoming a chore.. I was not able to communicate with the owner(password not recognized. Unable to reset new password)

Spacious but smelly!

I'm highly allergic to cats so this space was not for me. I could smell cat urine from the moment I walked in and started to sneeze and itch! I really struggled through our 3 night stay and was happy to leave. Overall cleanliness could use much improvement. Sleeping was also a challenge because the window's only had shears on them. We had to put a bunch of sheets and towels in the window's so it would be dark enough to sleep. Simple room darkening shades could easily change that problem. On the positive side the space was spacious and located right on the Main Street. It was nice to be able to walk right out your door and not need to drive to anything. My suggestion is to look elsewhere if you or your children have allergies. I feel bad about not leaving a more positive review but I think it could be dangerous if you have an elderly person or baby with allergies to stay in the apartment.

Wonderful location in downtown Suttons Bay with easy drives to Leland and Glen Arbor. This is our second stay and look forward to next year.

Location and apartment was great! We enjoyed exploring Suttons Bay, Leland, Northport and Grand Traverse Lighthouse. The apartment had everything we needed for our family and could walk to the beach. We also visited the sport park behind the house to walk our dog multiple times a day. We would definitely stay again and explore more of the beautiful Leelanau Peninsula.

We were in Sutton’s Bay for our annual family vacation. The unit was clean, comfortable, and bright. Great location. Excellent place to explore from. Check- in was seamless and communication quick and easy. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Clean, easy to use kitchen. The private parking space was a nice touch as well. No problem recommending Half Moon to others. We may return ourselves next summer.

Great location Great property

We stayed at Half Moon for 3 nights for 4 days that the location is perfect! It is close to everything. The apartment is very spacious, clean and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals. We will be staying here again!

A Suttons Bay Best Ever Vacation!!!

An up north marvelous time enjoying the city of Suttons Bay from the rental views. The living room is round so you can see all Suttons Bay from inside. Awesome. All amenities are excellent. and
