Bonnie’s Tiny House is a beautiful 5th floor condo with breathtaking views from the living room, bedroom and balcony. This unit has been completely remodeled. The balcony has a beautiful west view of the beach . You can see all the way past Shores of Panama with binoculars! The sunsets are spectacular! Yes, we are beachside! While there are 5 buildings on this complex, each are unique in their style. They share all the pools and amenities. There are three pools, one is heated off season. There are tennis courts, pickleball courts, a small store that also sells food and beverages during season, as well as a tiki bar. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit owner operated and maintained. Come spend some time relaxing by one of three pools or sitting in one of the beach rental chairs with umbrella directly on the beach provided March to October. Check in 4:00 p.m., check out at 10:00 a.m. This is a non-smoking, no pet unit. I previously allowed pets, but their owners did not pick up after them, so I have discontinued accepting them. Beach Rental chairs are included during season: March - October. ( 1 set of 2 chairs with umbrella).

Best family location

We had an amazing time and the location was perfect due to double red flag days on the beach so ST. Andrews was so close to hoop in a vehicle and still get to swim! We would stay here again!

Excellent Beachfront

Loved the location overlooking the beautiful beach and the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for watching the sunset. The condo was exactly as described, very clean and well-equipped. The owner responded immediately to any questions we had.Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others visiting the area.

We had a wonderful 4 nights in this condo! Very well decorated. Great location. Wonderful view. Two recliners were great. Comfy beds. Plenty of extra supplies. Great towels. We would definitely stay here again!

We were so pleased with our stay here. It was AMAZING! The room was so convenient to get to from the beach, pool, and parking lot. It was extremely clean upon arrival. It was a perfect view of the beach from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed an extra day! The host is just as great too!

The place is nice and clean! Bring your hygiene and suitcase. The host got almost everything else to use. On-site beach access. We really enjoy this place and will revisit. Thank you!

Everything about this property was better than what we saw on the online listing. The picture window in the bedroom was unreal. Best view of ocean ever. Super clean, up to date, and comfortable. Could not recommend enough.

My family and I enjoyed everything about our stay. The views were breathtaking. We were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset every night of our stay. The condo was full of everything we needed and beautifully decorated. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.

This is a beautiful condo with a wonderful view of the beach. This condo itself is very comfortable and clean and the owner is a pleasure to speak with. I will absolutely rent again when we are in the area.

Panama City Beach

Bonnie’s place was a a great place to spend a month away from the cold mid-west. We loved the daily walks on the beach. The reserved beach chairs were awesome to have available. The pools are nice and the heated one was great for our visiting grandkids. Its a great location. The beds are comfortable and the place is well stocked for beach, pool or eating in. The air fryer was a bonus. Thanks for all the wonderful memories and gorgeous sunsets!

Beautiful, quiet space and extremely well stocked!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bonnie's condo. The resort is older and our building oldest, but the unit has been renovated and was super nice and spacious. This was definitely the best stocked condo I have ever stayed in--we especially enjoyed having an air fryer! It's an easy walk to the beach and the pools. It's right by the elevators, which was nice, and we never heard other people down the halls. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Condo and Host

This condo was awesome for our family of 4. Everything was clean, organized, and Bonnie had the unit well-stocked with everything needed. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in. It was a very short walk to the beach and although other parts of the beach were busy, it was never overcrowded around this condo (at the end of June). This unit is updated but the complex is in dire need of repairs (which I imagine is completely out of this owner's control). None of that affected our stay and if we return to PCB, we will stay at Bonnie's again.

Nice condo for relaxing vacation

My mom and I stayed 2 weeks with our 2 small dogs. My brother met us for a few days. This condo is down on the quiet end of Thomas Dr with and angled beach view. Fully equipped. Very comfortable king bed. It is very easy to get out to the beach and pool just don’t do it barefoot cause the pavement gets hot. We brought our own beach chairs to sit in the surf instead of using provided chairs. We had a great time! The only thing that could be better is we went to a seafood market one night and there weren’t any crab crackers in the drawers. Thank you!!

If we could we would never stay here again. Owner charged us an extra 350.00 for spots of blood on sheets. My husband fell in her condo and scraped his arm. He has health issues. We couldn’t find the first aide kit so had to bandage as best we could. Also accused us of smoking on the balcony without proof. We do not smoke!!! Next door neighbor, who the owner knows, watched us continuously while we were on balcony and took pictures of us. She also opened her door when we would leave and would glare at us. We felt very violated. I was shocked when we got the message that she was going to charge us 350.00 for bedding.

Relaxing stay!

Awesome view and great location!

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The view facing sunset is amazing, and the location is great. The building and elevators are definitely starting to show some age, and people weren't picking up their pet waste, but that isn't the host's fault. I did not detract any stars from my rating for these factors since they were beyond Bonnie's control. Just wanted to make potential renters aware. Positives: Location was great View was excellent Distance to pool and to beach access was very close Beds were comfortable Kitchen was nicely remodeled with a separate coffee/bar area, high end countertops and sink Icemaker worked great (seems to always be a problem in some other units I've stayed in) Blender worked great and had a frozen drinks automatic setting Appliances were clean and new, and functioned perfectly Air fryer was a nice extra for leftovers and the teenager Cooking oil and salt and pepper were already in the kitchen Extra folding beach chairs and toys were convenient Beach towels supplied in unit Blow dryer supplied in unit Pool grounds are well maintained and clean Negatives: Building is showing its age on balconies and in elevators (again, beyond the control of the owner, so I did not detract points from my rating for this) Sticky juice spilled on dining table was not cleaned prior to our arrival Patio tables were not wiped down prior to our arrival Missing long handled tongs or spatulas for grilling (had to use six inch long tongs on charcoal grill, which was very hot on the hands) We had a great stay and would recommend this unit!

My husband and I are both retired and are excited to own our own vacation property . I am local girl raised in the area. I retired from teaching in Maine in 2015 and taught for a couple of years locally. My husband is retired Coast Guard. While I am saddened to leave teaching, I love my adventure being an owner operated rental property manager, not counting the staycations I get to have by being one!

The complex is unique in that there are 5 separate building each offering unique features. The A building is the oldest but many owners have updated their units. It also has the most amazing views. All five buildings share the facilities which offers many amenities to our guests.
