42 North Vermont is proud to present Wandering Moose at Stratton!
Wandering Moose is a recently renovated modern house secluded in the woods of the High Meadow development. The entire house has been well appointed and expertly curated by 42 North's in house designer. Conveniently located on the shuttle route to Stratton Mountain and just around the corner from the Stratton golf course, the house is also close to multiple state parks, swimming holes/waterfalls, and other outdoor activities; making it a great spot for year-round visits. The house is equipped with high-speed internet connection and Wi-Fi throughout - perfect for remote learning and/or working from home.
1st FLOOR

Large open concept kitchen, dining room, living room
Bedroom 1 which is furnished with a king bed, day bed with Trundle, and full ensuite with accessibility shower bar
2nd FLOOR
Bedroom 2: queen bed with trundle, full ensuite bathroom (tub),
Bedroom 3: 2 twin XL beds
Loft area: pull-out couch,
Full hall bathroom (shower)
BASEMENT
Large living space with stone fireplace, wet bar, kitchenette

Guests have access to the entire property.
Although we are not available in person, we can be reached through Airbnb, text, email, and phone. If additional assistance is needed, our caretaker is local to the area and can be contacted to visit the property.
We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles for winter months.
The Stratton Mountain shuttle operates during the day on winter weekends and winter holidays (Dec, Jan, Feb, March). The full, detailed schedule can be found on the Stratton Resort website. The shuttle is operated by Stratton Resort and we are unable to control the schedule or changes in service due to weather, etc.
Dogs visit the home on occasion so if you are allergic please take this into consideration.
The house is family friendly but is not baby-proofed.
Please note the following:
* Upon booking, the person who booked will be required to sign a rental agreement.
* Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note that there is a pet fee of $75 per night per pet.
* Maximum occupancy is 8. Strictly enforced as per State of VT Division of Fire and Safety.
* The nightly rate includes hot tub and pool maintenance. The hot tub is serviced between each stay. The pool is serviced weekly.
