Family beach vacation

First time staying in Sea Colony and we are glad we did. The elevators and location made it easy for my mom. The place was well kept and the beach view was amazing.

Charming beach haven

I read this place 6 stars out of five. Will definitely rebook. The condo is up updated, very clean and super charming. Easy check-in and stocked with cleaning supplies to keep the condo clean. Perfect location, great amenities… amazing property!

A perfect getaway to Bethany!

What a great five days in Bethany. The place had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the beach. David (property manager) is extremely helpful and responsive- he made the experience even better and touched base with me several times before, during and after my trip. Thank you for such a great stay!!

Nicely appointed and quick communication

We really enjoyed staying here. The owner, Donna, was very quick to answer all our questions ahead of time. While we were there, we found the condo very attractive and comfortable. It is wonderful to have a view of the water too! We would definitely come back to this place.

Beautiful Weekend in Bethany Beach

Had a really great experience here! Beautiful, clean apartment with nice new furniture and an amazing view. Owner was very accommodating and quick to answer questions. Super close walk to the beach and loved having access to all of the Sea Colony amenities (fitness center, tennis, pools, etc). Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Week in Bethany

Overall it was an amazing week in Bethany at Sea Colony. The condo was beautiful and very nicely apportioned. The view from the patio was amazing and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat. We will be back next year. Thanks so much for helping my family create amazing memories at Bethany Beach

Lovely visit to Bethany Beach !

The property was great and the website listing description and pictures were accurate and on point. This condo was very clean with updated furnishings, furniture and appliances . We felt very comfortable with all conveniences of home. This property has an absolutely beautiful beach view !! It was so special! We loved It!

Beautiful Property!

This is the third time my family has stayed at Sea Colony, and this was our best rental by far. The kitchen was well equipped, the decor was bright, and everything was clean. The view from the balcony was awesome, the location was prime, and the beds…oh the beds were so comfortable! Sometimes I get overwhelmed booking at SC because it seems like all of the properties are pretty much the same and it’s a lot to sort through. Now that we know how great this property is, my family will definitely be staying here again 😊.

Comfortable

Check in was a bit rushed because Bethany Realty closed at 5 pm but Anne Marie was very helpful and met us out in front of the unit. Unit is smaller than pics on website make it look but it met our needs. Bathrooms could use updating for what we paid. 2nd floor ocean view was ok and there was noise to deal with because we were close to parking deck. We had other family staying on 7th and 8th floors and view was much nicer as well as quieter and more of a breeze. Beds were comfortable. Washer/dryer was great. We vacuumed the unit first evening and it was obvious, vacuuming wasn’t done in awhile. We also didn’t care for all the totes that were stacked in the closets. Didn’t leave much room for our luggage and our stuff. Wish there were beach supplies available to use - we rented from Sea Colony for the week.

Hi Deborah - ah, our first 4 star (vs 5) review! Well being on the second floor has its benefits and downsides. Most people like that you can walk right downstairs without waiting for what can be very crowded elevators in high season, but some don't mind. The view - where you see the ocean without the pools directly in front of you - is usually desirable but if you are one who prefers a high floor (and I do understand from other people that Sea Colony has some noise this season) totally understand. In the letter I sent at the very beginning, I believe I said that the rentals were on the beach - and that we love them because they set things up, put in the umbrellas, and you don't have to carry a thing. You just walk away when you're done. To us that is the best and what we prefer ourselves when we are there. Thanks so much for your review, and for sharing our home with us!

Ocean Views!

Beautifully updated condo with magnificent ocean views! Sunrise is spectacular, and we were there for a full moon which was also amazing to see rising over the ocean

Awesome condo with amazing view

Fantastic Condo--well-equipped and clean. Very comfortable and felt like home. Appreciated all the “extras” you don’t get at other places. Great location and amazing view of beach. We had a wonderful week. Property Manager was very attentive and organized. Also, liked the cute binder that was provided inside the condo that had tons of useful information.

Convenient location, great views

This was an ideal place for our family of 4. Very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. It is very conveniently located to parking and the beach, with a balcony showcasing a beautiful view of the ocean.
