The Space:

This home is specifically designed for enjoying “somewhere warm”. The open concept kitchen features an island/bar that seats 4 and a large dining table with seating for 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals and a kcup style coffee maker. The spacious living area has plenty room and a large TV for entertaining family and friends. There are 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, and 3 full baths. The most exciting aspect is the amazing back deck that spans the entire width of the home, a perfect spot to enjoy your “boat brinks”.

Downstairs you will find deck chairs, picnic table, bar with a sink and outside shower.

When entering the home you will find the 1st bedroom with a queen bed (sleeps 2), and TV. Down the hall is the washer/dryer closet and the 1st full bath, with a walk-in shower. From there you will walk into the kitchen, dining and living area with beautiful views of the back deck, facing the Gulf. The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of queen over queen bunks (sleeps 8) with individual lighting for each bed and TV. Around the corner you will find the 2nd bath with a tub/shower combo, then the 3rd bedroom with 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) and TV. The 4th bedroom is the master with a king size bed (sleeps 2), great view of the deck, and a private entrance to the 3rd bathroom. The large master bath has an amazing walk in shower and garden tub.

We do not provide cooking oil or seasonings.

Outside, charcoal grill is available for use.

Pets are allowed, DOGS ONLY, under 30lbs, with a pet fee of $75, may need to be added after booking.

Events are welcome with approval, max number of guests at any time is 25 and an additional event fee of $600. Pre-approved Prom groups are allowed, with 3 parents on site, and a non refundable event fee of $600.

Linens are included, bedding and bath towels. Beach towels are also available. Beds will be made up prior to your arrival. Starter paper goods and basic soaps will be provided.
