~Chandler’s Chateau in the Heart of Brevard ~

Chandler’s Chateau has a contemporary feel tucked away in Brevard NC, also known as Land of the waterfalls, with lots of new upgrades throughout. You have a private entrance. We have a 50in smart tv located in living room with wi-fi connectivity. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, chairs for relaxing while enjoying peace and quite during your stay! There is also a queen size air-mattress with linens for more quests. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking essentials. We also have coffee and tea to start your morning off right!The chalet is kid friendly! Full bathroom with shower and tub including all toiletries.
Notes:
We are a 10 minute walk to downtown Brevard , enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains with everything our small town has to offer. Including Brevard Music Center, Oskar Blues Brewery and the elusive white squirrels. We are located 2 miles from Pisgah National Forest, 13 miles from Dupont State Forest and 20 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are also 20 minute drive to Hendersonville, and 30 minute drive to Asheville to visit the great Biltmore Estate.
Such a nice peaceful getaway.

The host Monika is wonderful, she was quick to remedy a small issue we had with the thermostat and so very kind. The home is exactly as described, with a nice close proximity to town and great amenities.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The location--walking distance from campus and downtown--was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, and Monika made everything easy, from check-in to check-out. Would stay again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very communicative and made sure everything was comfortable during our visit. The place was cute, spotless, and perfectly located—close to downtown Brevard, the dog park, grocery stores, waterfalls, and breweries, which was super convenient for us. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Brevard is wonderful with so many options for restaurants and activities. Monika was great about communicating clearly and promptly as I had all kinds of problems with the APP. Apartment was very clean, attractive, and well-stocked. We were a little disappointed with the tight bedrooms. The distance to the downtown area was not what I would consider an easy walk. Could easily hear talking from people in an adjoining apartment until almost 11 pm. The experience was acceptable for a one-night stay.

What a wonderful experience! The location was perfect -- so close to everything: downtown, mountain trails, grocery stores, and great food. I truly felt like part of Brevard during my stay. Monica was amazing -- so communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made me feel completely at ease. I knew I was in great hands the entire time. To top it all off, I had an unforgettable birthday in the mountains. Highly recommend! :)

Our family enjoyed staying in this small apartment. It was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals. The location is ideal - close to town, waterfalls, hiking, and tubing. This is a great place for 2-4 people and we would recommend staying her.

The house is very clean and well stocked. We only spent an evening but I’d rent it again. Beds are comfy which is important for a good night sleep.

Exactly as itappeared in the pictures. Clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. I discovered the hair dryer was missing and upon contacting the owner a new one was brought to the apartment within hours. The location was perfect, walkable to town and a short drive to grocery store and hiking. My husband and I were there for three weeks and a little more space would have been nice but the location made it worth the cozy feel. Definitely would have been great for a shorter stay. Thank you for the stay, hope to be back soon!

We had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to staying again. The home was clean and we had every comfort needed. We received all the information needed for our check in and stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds are very comfortable, decorated very nice and this cozy apartment was perfect for our stay. We had a wonderful relaxing and peaceful stay with good parking and very easy access to all of the areas we came to visit.

Brief Brevard

My husband and I needed the spend one night in Brevard to attend the Steep Canyon Rangers Concert. We have a very well behaved Cavalier Spaniel. Because this rental was dog friendly, we were able to bring Bea with us and not have to deal with a pet sitter. The only thing I would say about the apartment is that it is not within walking distance to downtown unless you are very fit.
