Hello! Thank you for considering staying in one of our houses! We privately own and manage our homes and take pride in all of them!
My husband and I live in Mansfield, TX and love hosting our guests. The majority of our guests are repeat guests and love to come back and stay at our properties year after year. We have five children; one still at home, one in college, and three more that are adults and have blessed us with five grandchildren. We both work in the healthcare industry and love to travel in our free time.
We both stay in short-term rentals when we travel, which I feel makes us better hosts. We know what we like when we stay somewhere and make sure you have the same amenities and consideration. We want all our guests to be comfortable in our houses.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
This townhouse is in one of the nicest gated communities in Panama City Beach. La Valencia Beach Resort is a quiet, upscale area located in the West End of PCB. It has deeded beach access directly across the street from the community. The access is through the beautiful pool that sits on the beach. This area has changing rooms and restrooms so there is no need to walk back across to the house. This townhouse has also been fully updated with new floors, new paint, and completely redecorated early 2022.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
We love this small gated community. The location being 5 min from 30a and 15 min from Pier Park is perfect. We get all the wonderful food, shop, and uniqueness of 30a without the crowded beaches!
