Quick weekend trip to enjoy the fall foliage & simply relax & this was the perfect place!!! Absolutely breathtaking views, extremely clean & comfortable & so quiet, calm & relaxing. The location to beautiful downtown Banner Elk was great also being close to grocery store and great restaurants like Stonewalls, Banner Ell Cafe & Bella’s. We highly recommend and will definitely book this property again.

Yes, great location, and comfortable, beautiful Sunrise and Sunsets. At the summit, so ski down to get tickets was a breeze and very convenient.

Delightful place at the Reserve! Killer views!!!Clean and ready. Sheets were not the highest quality, but clean. Very well stocked kitchen!! Lovely views. Comfy! We loved the soft carpet/rug. Everything worked great. Just had a bit of trouble at check in because there was some confusion over which unit was ours. One comunication said UNIT A and another said UNIT B. Highly recommend this place!

The condo was very comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and washcloths for our weekend. Centrally located, Making it easy to get to attractions, restaurants, and the outlet mall. This was a great family weekend getaway.

Great place for a ski vacation

My buddies and I had a great time staying here at the cabin. The only thing lacking was a list of kitchen equipment/appliances which would’ve made meal planning easier; however, the kitchen ended up being pretty well stocked.

The location where we stayed was a dream. The views were ridiculous!! The condo was so comfortable and it was so relaxing and just perfect. Cannot thank them enough for how they handled it. Great ski slope access

Unti is nice and clean and has everything you need for a good stay. Rental agency staff were fine but could be a little more friendly.

The home was very comfortable and convenient to the slopes which were just a short walk from the residence. the kitchen had everything we needed so that if we didn't want to go out we could cook. Woke up one morning to what looked like a winter wonderland. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views Nice property

The rental property company was easy to work with. Property is well kept and clean. Furnishings are updated (bed at least in the master bedroom was very comfortable/premium). The views are outstanding! We were at the top of the development. Grandfather mountain to the left and the Roan to the right with Table Rock/other in between. Every day we would watch from the back porch other tourists drive up to the level below and take pictures. Sunsets were amazing. Have stayed in this development before and the views are always great but here these were a little more.

Everything about this property was as described. Actually more room than we had originally thought. Well stocked kitchen and wonderful fireplace with amazing views. Really enjoyed drinking my coffee each morning looking at the vistas.

Perfect winter retreat

Lovely property with a perfect location at the top of Sugar Mountain. Beautiful long range views and a quick walk to the ski slopes. Very comfortable space. The loft is a nice bonus to have extra space for my teenagers to escape. We hope to be back!
