*Base rate is set for 2 guests; each additional guest is $100/per night. Any on-site day-use guest who is not included in the overnight reservation is $100/per person/per day.

*Maximum number of people on site is 6 (six), per Chaffee County.

*Dogs/pets are not allowed on property. Guest is required to complete Pet Addendum prior to arrival if service dog is present on site.

*No Smoking on Property.

*Each additional guest present on property (for any length of time) not indicated on reservation will be charged $100/per day/night. Host reserves the right to charge extra guest fee via Guest's security/damage deposit if more guests are on property than stated on reservation and/or terminate the reservation without recourse or refund.
