Enjoy beautiful views from all windows and glass doors from the inside and the beautiful decks & patio outside. This is the perfect vacation home that offers everything you could want. Meet other family members or friends for a reunion and enjoy three floors of living all with bedrooms, baths, and gathering areas. You have two family rooms, a loft, and a game room (with pool table and air hockey table) for hanging out together, and then you can each have privacy on one of the three floors, all with bedrooms & baths. Enjoy the luxury of oak hardwood floors, ceramic tile, granite & stainless steel in the kitchen, sky lights in two of the bathrooms, a huge soaking tub, gas fireplace (seasonal) in the great room and gas stove (seasonal) to keep the basement toasty on those snowy winter nights. Basement family room has entertainment center with flat screened TV, Xbox 360 Kinect (bring your favorite games), and DVD player with about 40 movies. It is furnished with comfortable leather furniture.

First Floor and loft: Enjoy first floor great room with high cathedral ceilings with floor to ceiling glass doors & windows to enjoy nature and views of the ski slopes all lit up. The family room has modern furniture for comfort while you enjoy the vented gas fireplace (seasonal) and large flat screen TV with extended programming. The fully-stocked kitchen and large dining table (seating for ten people) are in this same area for entertainment. There are two sets of sliding glass doors to a beautiful wrap around deck with nice furniture and a propane griddle. Down the hall is a full bathroom, a guest bedroom with comfortable queen bed, and then the gorgeous master bedroom suite with a king bed and huge bathroom with double sinks, large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. It also has sliding glass doors to the rear deck. From the great room, look up and see a beautiful loft with a lovely antique table and sitting area with games, books & puzzles. Beyond the loft is a lovely queen bedroom with its own bathroom and walk in closet - very private & romantic.

If you didn't leave the house for your whole vacation, you wouldn't have a boring moment with all the fun things to do in the home. Literally everything is provided
for you to have the best vacation ever.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners
Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA
neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including
families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your
host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with
written approval from your host.
OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check
MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.
ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.
PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.
TRASH
• Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash
attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
