In addition, the home has been designed with top-of-the-line finishes and custom works of art throughout each room. The gourmet kitchen is on the first floor and has beautiful marble countertops and wooden accents through trey ceilings. There is seating for 11 at the island and a formal dining table to enjoy a meal together. The dining and living area have floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors that lead to the back patio. There is a beautiful king bedroom suite on the first floor with a private bathroom and oversized windows that spill natural light into the room.

The second floor, which has a balcony overlooking the neighborhood, has additional guest rooms.
