Excellent property 5 houses from the beach! Property manager was awesome in resolving any issues we had. Highly recommend will stay here again!

Very good house in West PCB

I want to represent this property the best I can so I will list all the positives and negatives. Positives first. Great location. Easy 1 block walk to Front Beach Road and Public Access 89 is right there. The house is a full renovation and the updates are nice. Very clean. Great King beds in the (2) bedrooms. Nice bunks in the front room. Kitchen is well stocked. Washer and Dryer are new as well. Now the not so good.. Owner response is slow and limited. I reached out when I first arrived about some broken cabinets and there was no response back. I also inquired about a blanket that was left behind and there was initial response but then that stopped. The house: An exterior side of the house is shared with another property which butts right up to their pool and courtyard. You do not have access to that pool but you do get to hear the guests in that house whenever they are outside. If you are in the living room trying to watch tv or just hangout the noise can be an issue. The backyard looks really nice in the pictures but upon arrival it wasn't as user friendly as it appeared. A little more TLC could go into that. That's about the gist of it. All in all a good property and location. With just a few fixes it could be great. Good luck.

I run a small company in Nebraska that solely relies on the relationships and friendships I build with others. I was originally from a small farming community in Iowa and I became interested in working with my Father at a young age. After college I moved to Omaha where I met my wife Joy. Joy is originally from Beijing China and we met in Omaha where she had been living a few years with her Son. Together we run our small company and decided to take on a new challenge. We absolutely love this home and we appreciate you selecting it for your place to vacation. We don't take it lightly and we hope your experience is one that makes you want to return year after year and the memories you create last a lifetime.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My family and I purchased this home in September2020. We fell in love the moment we first walked through the doors. We recognized the potential in this big lovely home. We got to work right away and began updating the kitchen and living room right away. Our plan was to make this home an amazing place for our family and yours. The living room was so open and perfect to host a large movie night. It's going to be amazing throwing on the game or watching a movie on one of the many included streaming services. The other cool area is the screened-in porch. This is a perfect place for additional eating or relaxing with a glass of wine. It has a fan, lighting, plenty of seating, and a view of the generously sized pool. It will be difficult to find a property with so many beautifully lit, mature palm trees. It really does feel like an oasis. What makes this property so special is the amount of indoor and outdoor living space. The home itself is over 3500 square feet but if you add up the bonus areas it's much much larger. The two master bedrooms are also fantastic. Finally, the reason you came in the first place is the BEACH. This home sits one block from the most spectacular beach I have ever been too. When you first step on that sand you will get it.
