Wow! Check out this completely renovated oceanfront studio located at the Sea Mist Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. the homeowner spared no expense on this studio apartment and it is easily one of the most beautiful condos at the entire resort.
After a $25,000 renovation, this vacation rental features some of the most luxurious updates. To start, the flooring was replaced with a moisture resistant, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and the entire apartment has been repainted. This is one of the only condos that features custom, recessed lighting, as well as brand new light fixtures. This glorified hotel room offers modern, high-end, luxury furniture made from solid wood. The bed is king sized and has a color-changing LED headboard. Other accents include a freestanding mirror, Belgain rugs, iron and ironing board, and so much more!
Guests love being able to relax on the sofa and listen to the ocean! Directly across from the bed and sofa there is a built-in, 50 inch fireplace with LED color changing lights. Above the fireplace, guests will enjoy a brand new 65 inch Samsung smart TV. The tiled wall is a beautiful focal point within the apartment. Between the fireplace and balcony, a very nice dresser and mirror are available for our guests to use.
The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and features new cabinetry, sink, faucet, and appliances. All appliances are stainless steel and full size. The backsplash is porcelain tile. A brand new glass-top dining table and chairs are located just beside the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to cook! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very popular food delivery options along the Grand Strand.
The bathroom is located to the right just as soon as you enter the condo. The bathroom has been completely updated and features some gorgeous updates! The shower is a custom walk in shower that features polished porcelain tile from Italy. The floors in the bathroom are tile as well.
This apartment is perfect for 3 guests. The king bed will accommodate 2 guests, and the sofa will convert to a twin bed for 1 additional guest. Please remember that the minimum age to book is 21.
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have went above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our rates reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
