IMPORTANT NOTE: This building just completed a large construction project, there may be minor exterior maintenance during your stay.

Central location! The condo is surrounded by multiple places to eat and drink! Walk directly across the street to Cup of Joe Coffee to start the morning or Hopscotch Tap room for a refreshing beer and meal to end the day. Just minutes to Front Street or head north east to Elk Rapids and explore this quaint town with shopping, eating, and Short Brewing! Quiet hours are observed after 10pm.

After a full day exploring the stunning Traverse City area, return to your condo and enjoy a pleasant night’s sleep. The bedroom features a comfy king-size bed, high-quality linens, a closet, and a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall across from the bed. There is also a crib available for young families and a sound machine to soothe everyone to sleep.

Although there is only one bedroom, the condo can comfortably fit up to five guests thanks to the queen size sleeper sofa (equipped with a luxurious Airdream Mattress) and the sofa bed chair located in the living room.

The spacious ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a large soaking tub, a washer and dryer, and all the bathing accessories you might need.

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
The kitchen is well stocked with a coffee pot, toaster, and microwave, in addition to a stove range and refrigerator to help you whip up tasty meals. Sit down to eat at the counter that doubles as a breakfast bar or at the dining room table just behind the kitchen. You could also take your morning coffee outside and enjoy it with sweeping views of the bay from the deck

☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆
The cozy living room invites family and friends to unwind. It is decked out with comfy furniture, a gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and a nice collection of board games. Views of the beautiful bay remain front and center thanks to the sliding glass doors.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Open the sliding doors and step onto the beach with comfortable chairs and a small table, a perfect place to relax for hours on end. Catch the sunrise with your morning coffee, or soak in a sunset with a glass of wine in hand. Either way, the views are seriously epic no matter the season. You will have direct access to the sandy beach from the patio, so feel free to lay out a towel and soak up some sun during your stay.

If you’re not up for braving the waters of Lake Michigan, the condo also offers a outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off-season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.

Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.


Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties. 

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. 

Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

Cleaning and Maintenance: 
Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house. 

Visitors & Noise:
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m.  Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors.  NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

Pets: Pets are not permitted at this condo due to HOA regulations.

Housekeeping:  Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes. 

We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

Everything was so clean and bright. Balcony was a perfect place to bring in the morning and watch the sun go down. Second time we have stayed here . We will be back

Clean, well stocked unit with great view
We had a great weekend stay here. The unit was spotless and very well equipped with everything needed. One of the best outfitted VRBO’s we’ve ever had. View was super and location is very convenient. Road noise and dirty common areas were only issue preventing a 5 star rating.

The place was so fresh and tastefully decorated, with all of the extra touches! We had everything we needed and more. The attention to detail did not go unoticed! Great setting
There is little that tops the view of the bay from this living room. Access to the peninsulas, downtown, and of course the miracle mile is exceptional. The hosts are very attentive and anxious to please -- with suggestions for restaurants, etc.

Great but noisy
The condo is nice and the view of Lake Michigan is great. Very nice location right on the beach. The bedroom is located near the parking lot and a very busy highway with a traffic light near the condo. The property manager provided a noise machine which helped a little but it was very difficult to sleep hearing semi trucks stopping and starting all night long. Possibly new windows or light and noise blocking blinds would help? The property manager was great and I wish I had all stars for the review but I got very little sleep on my “relaxing “ vacation.
