Relax and enjoy all that Bear Lake has to offer in this NEW 8 bedroom 4.5 bathroom house within walking distance of Bear Lake Golf Course, with tons of parking, amazing views and access to Ideal Beach amenities!

This is a fully stocked, beautifully decorated, brand new home with all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable, fun and memorable.

Enjoy gathering on the outdoor decks with views of the lake, golf course and mountains after a long day at the beach or relax as a family together watching movies in the large theater room, or playing games including billiards, air hockey, table tennis and foosball in the large family friendly game room.

In addition to the Theater room, there is a large screen TV on the main floor, to provide multiple entertainment options. All TV's include YOUTUBE TV subscription for a full range of TV channels, as well as Netflix and PLEX for on demand movies and TV series.

The home is equipped with a mesh wifi network system to provide high speed internet access to all of your wireless devices.

Washer and dryer provided and plenty of hot water with the on demand hot water heaters.

The Kitchen and dining area is spacious and includes a wide array of appliances, dishes, pans and cooking implement to make meal prep a breeze!

With 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms upstairs and 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, there is room for the entire family! All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and the house also has Air Conditioning.

Great place!

There were a few things broken (nothing that impacted the stay) and they were quick to respond. I just wish it was disclosed before so I wasn’t worried the host thought we broke anything. Otherwise the home was amazing! There was plenty of space for all of us inside and outside! I would definitely stay here again!

Loving life was great!

The home was excellent for our needs. The kitchen was well furnished. The games were fun for the kids. The access to ideal beach resort was the highlight. There were only two downs to the property. The first was the location of the garbage dumpsters- quite a ways away at the entrance to the community. The second was it's location below the driving range of the golf course. This created some concern for the safety of the kids outside. We just kept them occupied and inside during the times the driving range was open. Knowing those things we would still love to stay there again.

Great Place to stay with big family.

We loved our stay there. They were great to work with and it was bigger than expected. It has a lot of extra perks which was nice (household things). Only con were the beds were slightly uncomfortable.

Very enjoyable vacation home

We had about 22 people with us stay here and everyone had a comfortable bed, plenty of towels and bedding. This home was right on the golf course had a good view and lots to do- pool table, ping pong table, movie theatre room and of course ideal beach access which really was a great way to spend our family reunion.

Amazing property for our family reunion

We had 33 people for our reunion and it was amazing that every family was able to have their own room. The house was very clean upon arrival and had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens for everyone. The access to the Ideal Beach club was the cherry on top. We went everyday and enjoyed all the amenities there. The house is nicely decorated and well laid out for large groups. We would stay here again! Quick communication with the hosts was also a plus!

We enjoyed being all together in one location. It was close to town and Bear Lake. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Jason was amazing to work with. Thank you for helping our vacation be a success.

Great Family Time

It was a great time to catch up with family. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen appliances, dinnerware, and cookware. The manager was great to work with. He answered any questions we had quickly.

Great Experience

Everything was great. Everyone had a bed to sleep in, and places to park. Nice patio off the kitchen with picnic tables for the kids to eat outside. We used the theater room, and the kids played with all the toys and games. Thank you for a great experience. Caren

July visit

The property was excellent and met our families needs. The previous visitors had left the home with a few needed repairs but The hosts were quick to respond and get those taken care of. The home was short of normal supplies like garbage bags, paper towels, etc.. We had a very enjoyable time there.

Great house for a weekend getaway

Great house! More than enough room. Nicely decorated. Plenty of dishes, cooking appliances etc. The game room and theater room were a huge hit the day it was too cold and rainy to go to the lake. The access to ideal beach kinda ruins you for going to the not private portion of the lake. Would recommend!

Loved our second year here

Once again this property did not disappoint. We left a couple of things there, and the owner has arranged for the cleaners to get them to us. He was always quickly responsive if something happened. Our family is already talking about next year (though we may need to rent a second smaller place as we are outgrowing this one with some grandchildren marrying.) I definitely recommend this property and host.

Excellent Place

My family and all our children were accommodated with this beautiful property. We have a large family with lots of children. We had plenty of rooms for sleeping arrangements. The owners went above and beyond to make the place comfortable. The owners were very responsive when we had question and the place was well stalked with everything you need. I would recommend this place to family and friend with large groups. We had a wonderful stay and would like to come again when we come to Bear Lake. Thanks

Gamily vacation at Bear Lake!

We loved this home! It was spotlessly clean & well stocked (except we needed more “T” paper, paper towels & garbage bags). There was plenty of parking for everyone. The view of the golf course from the back deck was nice & we were close to all activities. The game room & movie room were both real hits, the afternoon it rained they kept everyone happily occupied! We had a moose visit in the backyard & became acquainted with the resident salamander🤣. The nights were beautiful & quiet as we enjoyed the pergola & the fire pit. We would definitely recommend this home for a family get together!

Great Home.

We really liked this home. Had almost everything we needed. Loved the game room. They also had a high chair and a pack n play. The host was great to work with. Only drawback was the golf balls that hit the house. We had one car that was hit by a golf ball and an adult. Suggestion: maybe have a folding table. Also if the net that is suppose to keep golf balls out could be extended with no holes. We would definitely rent again.

Almost perfect

Fabulous home to stay in for kids and adults alike. Great yard, clean and spacious house. The only drawbacks are the proximity to a driving range and the bar stools. We had several golf balls fly into the yard or hit the house which made us nervous because we had lots of kids playing. The bar stools were not terribly sturdy for kid use. Other than that the place was absolutely wonderful and would definitely book again.

Beautiful bear lake home.

We went with a group of 35 for a Family reunion, so people of all ages. The home was able to accommodate us all. Beds were decent. They have a good number of extra pillows and blankets, plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked with items. The media room was fun for the kids with lots of comfy chairs. The game room was also great. The owner was very responsive. We told him the AC was having a problem and he had someone out the next day. The deck was perfect in the evening for dinner with picnic tables for extra seating. 5 minutes to the lake.

Room and fun for everyone

We had an excellent stay at the loving Life Bear Lake House. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well appointed and had pretty much everything we needed and more. Having 3 sets of washer/dryers was also a bonus. There were rooms and common areas to accommodate all age groups with lots of fun things to do. The first two days of our stay were cold and very windy, so it was nice that the home had so much to do indoors. The theater room and the game area was a big hit and kept everyone happy while at the house. We also enjoyed time around the beautiful firepit and playing out on the lawn. The Ideal Beach Access Pass was a huge benefit. The beach, grounds, lawn, playground, pools, and facilities are a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend this house. It was the perfect setting for a memorable and fun family reunion.

Beautiful home! Perfect stay!

This house was perfect for our family reunion of 23 adults and 7 children. It had plenty of of things to keep adults and kids entertained the whole week. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking all our meals and didn’t find it lacking for anything! It was very clean, beautiful, and just about perfect in every way. A couple of minor things we would recommend is to supply just one more roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and one more roll of paper towels. That is being very nit picky because really it was the best vacation rental property we have stayed in. Also, beware of golf balls as the house is right at the end of the driving range. There were three balls that missed the protection net and hit the house. The hosts were very generous, helpful, and quick to communicate with when needed. We would love to come back another time!

Great Place overall

We used the place for a 30 person family vacation. There were enough rooms for each family unit within our family to have there own room. The place was in great shape and very clean and we had an enjoyable few days staying there. Pros: -ice machine in garage -plenty of space -fun amenities(pool table, ping pong, fooseball) -plenty of parking -very clean -access to Ideal resort -landlord was responsive when we reached out Cons: -the sound did not work in the theater room and while they were responsive and tried to fix the issue it did not get resolved during our stay so we weren’t able to enjoy that space for a movie(which we had been looking forward too). -the second refrigerator in the garage worked but it was not very cold, despite the temperature being on the coldest setting. -a piece of of the patio deck came loose and fell down and almost hit one of our family members on the head. -we discovered on our last night a very sharp metal projectile sticking up from divider between the grass and rocks in the back yard.
