The Space:
THE PROXIMITY: St. Aug Beach's top eateries - Mango Mango's, Stir It Up, Beachcomber, Jack's BBQ, The Taco Shop, Cafe 11, Sunset Grille, Salt Life and many more!

THE SPACE: The apartment itself, Unit A, sleeps 8 comfortably in 1 King, 1 Full and 1 set of Twin Bunks. All bedrooms are on 2nd floor. The kitchen is equipped to service 8 people and cook together for a great night in! The TV in the living room is a Smart TV, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.

AMENITIES: Linens and towels are included. Beach gear is included - beach towels, 2 chairs and a rolling beach wagon. Laundry machines are in the unit's downstairs hall closet. Small patio table is situated on the screened in porch just off the dining room.

THE LAYOUT- Unit A has a solid 3/2 layout:
UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM: King bed with en suite bathroom.
UPSTAIRS 2ND BEDROOM: 1 Full bed and 1 set of twin bunks.
UPSTAIRS 3RD BEDROOM: 1 Queen bed.

OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days.

PARKING: There is a 2 car long driveway right in front of Unit A. 2 cars can fit there side by side. There is no other parking provided. The rest of the parking lot and driveways is dedicated to full time residents in the other units.

LAUNDRY: We offer a laundry closet with washer and dryer, starter laundry pods, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience.

HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 12 minute drive north is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. Contact me for lots of insider local recommendations on what NOT to miss!

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine Beach. This home is situated very nearby a beach access walkover across A1A! We are a block away! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses on St. Augustine Beach to park and walk on.

TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.

LAUNDRY SERVICE: We have laundry machines in the house but on vacation, it's up to you if you want to do laundry at all! If you would like to partake, our brand new commercial laundromat The Queen's Laundry is offering pick up and drop off wash-dry-fold service to the St. Augustine area. The cost is per pound and they will work out payment with you directly. They simply ask for 1 day's advanced notice for a pickup request and a 24 hour turnaround time for completing and returning your laundry.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

Guest Access:
Entire space of Apartment/Unit A ONLY is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Limited parking. Please be sure to abide by parking rules notated in the above section.

All bedrooms are on 2nd floor.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is walkable to a ton of my favorite places at the beach! This neighborhood is very safe and GREAT for renting bikes from Drifters and seeing all of St. Augustine Beach's beauty!

The Kookaburra coffee shop is just a few short blocks away, and is a local favorite.

Just a 15 minute walk up A1A Beach Blvd is the pier where you can park and go fishing or enjoy the weekly Wednesday farmers market from 9am-12pm.

A 10 minute drive from historic downtown and 5 minute drive to The Amp! concert venue where many well known celebrities and musicians play!

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

Please be aware that certain vendors, such as lawn care, pool and other routine maintenance providers, may visit the property on a weekly basis. Their visits are scheduled based on weather conditions and other factors, so they do not have a fixed schedule.

NOISE LEVELS: There are long term tenants in the 3 other units in the building. The interior walls of each unit border the interior walls of the unit next to it. We ask you to be considerate of the tenants in the other units by keeping noise levels down and observing quiet time especially from the hours of 10pm until 8am. The tenants will report to me if noise levels have reached an unacceptable level.

Guests must be 21 or older to book.

Parking is limited to the 2 driveway spots directly in front of Unit A.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Pack N Play Available Upon Request with 48 hours notice.

Dog friendly only. 2 dogs total allowed, with maximum weight of 50 lbs each.

Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Dog/Night, $175.00/Dog/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Dog/Month.
-This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation.
-The fee doesn't cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges.
-Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in.
-Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.

Near The Beach

The stay worked out very well! Location is wonderful and the home is well-equipped with clear instructions! The only thing I would recommend is a deep clean that includes airing out and steam cleaning the couch! Just in need of a spring- cleaning boost! All the sheets & towels and the place was clean, just a little musty from winter!

First visit to St Augustine

Our first time visiting the area and using VRBO. We came for our sons wedding. The apartment rental was in a great location, close to beach and restaurants. Our hosts were quick to respond to any and all of my questions. Honestly the whole process was easy and painless. I will definitely be using again.

We LOVED St. Augustine & this place was just right for us. My ONLY complaint is that there was only one TV in the place (the living room). I know, I know...we don't go on vacation to watch TV, but my husband and I sure do enjoy our night time Netflix binge!!!! Regardless, we survived!!!! The location was perfect. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. Dani was super helpful & checked in regularly! The place was well stocked with some essentials to get us through the week! We will be back :)
