Hello, this is Nate and Sarah! Our Cozy Cabin is nestled away in a quiet neighborhood in Lake Lure. Only minutes to attractions, restaurants, and grocery, this home makes for the perfect getaway. Take in mountain views from our large wraparound porch and evenings by the fireplace in the living room. We’ve installed a 6 person hot tub on the back patio. The backyard sports a fire pit for cool nights and marshmallow roasts. Message us with any questions!

Fun Stay at Lake Lure

The cabin was super clean and matched the listing perfectly! It's location was perfect between the lake and Asheville. The managers always responded quickly and were very helpful!

Wonderful place

Had a wonderful time here with friends. The hosts were very responsive and polite. The hot tub and fire pit were amazing and all the rooms are very cozy and comfy. Great location ! Will be staying again and would definitely recommend. :)

First time to the Mountains and it was Amazing. The sunset view, Mountain View, pool table, fire pit and hot tub was relaxing. Definitely will return. Cabin was fullly furnished with extra’s that came in hand and grocery store close too. Thank you for a great quick vacation.

Thanks so much for the feedback, Joy! Our 2004 cabin will continue to be upgraded as time allows. We’ve since replaced the washer dryer since your stay as the previous ones stopped working properly and take pride in the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, 2021 hot tub, and the firepit we built in 2020. Great short family get away

Cabin was well stocked with all the necessities and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of opportunities to get outside - close to hiking trails and Lake Lure, evenings by the fire pit, reading on the front porch, etc. The small lake in the community was pretty, but not great for swimming or fishing. Sarah was extremely helpful and super responsive to any questions we had.

Everything we needed and so much more!

We loved this cabin for our girls' getaway! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, we could see the stars, and the cabin had everything we needed, plus so much more we didn't have enough time to use! We appreciated kayaking on the neighborhood pond, relaxing in the hot tub, and cooking our own meals in the well-stocked kitchen, Comfortable furniture and surroundings to relax and watch a movie in, and we enjoyed playing pool! Next time, will make use of the hammock and fire pit. Loved our stay here, and highly recommend :)

Relaxing retreat not touristy at all.

Size of property was just right. Rooms were laid out nicely and comfortable. Like the kitchen. Prefer gas range. Upper porch and deck nice, grill burner on left does not shut off. Lower deck with hot tub nice but pergola needs TLC as it is not constructed to code and the tarp over top drips in the area the stagnant water it is holding.

Thanks so much for the feedback, Michael! Since your stay last month, we’ve removed the tarp (originally intended to keep leaves in the fall out of the hot tub). Unfortunately, the cabin interior isn’t equipped for gas appliances, so a gas stove isn’t an option, though absolutely what we prefer to cook on as well! We’re so glad you were able to enjoy the propane grill on the deck. We hope you enjoyed your time in Lake Lure!

The Perfect Getaway!

The pictures do not do this cabin justice! It is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The neighborhood and the views are beautiful. We loved the walk down to the water! Check-In and Check-Out were a breeze. The grocery store is only a 15 minute drive. Everything inside was immaculate. We stayed with our family of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone and the beds were so comfy! We particularly loved the fireplace & all the extra cozy blankets! I truly appreciated how accommodating you are to families with the pack & play, booster seat, and the N64. The hot tub was amazing, and we loved the view of the stars. We had a great time and got in some much-needed relaxation. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Perfect weekend get-away! Communication was great from the host when we had any questions.The property was very clean. The hot tub was amazing and the sunset from the front porch...breathtaking! The hosts made sure that all of the essentials were taken care of, and then some! (books, DVD's, a game console)We spent most of our time there between the hot tub and pool table. Did not leave the cabin all weekend, and it was so relaxing! We are looking forward to booking again for our next visit to Lake Lure!

Weekend getaway

This house was perfect for our quick little weekend getaway. Comfortable for our family of 4. Very well equipped from towels for hot tub, towels for baths, old school Nintendo, plenty of DVDs upstairs and even blankets for the sofas. Our boys loved the pool table. We appreciated the kitchen and how well stocked it was. The location was great. Our family took a walk down to the neighborhood lake and caught a fish. Such a great property, we loved just hanging around the firepit (so much wood too!) and we loved hanging in the hot tub. It was a perfect relaxing weekend away. And the host was so responsive!

Awesome place to relax in the mountains!

Location, location, location!

Loved our cabin in Laurel Lakes! A nice drive up the mountain but yet minutes from the Lake Lure, the public beach, boat rentals and a simply awesome Ingles Market that has everything you could possibly need and great customer service. Wish we had one where I live!! The cabin was amazing!! Loved having three bathrooms with showers. Still never ran out of hot water! The cabin was so clean and cozy. Amazing loft are and lower level were a favorite place to chill in the evening and play pool or watch a movie! Enjoyed the hot tub one evening as well. The yard is spacious and even though we didn't use the fire pit. Will do that next time I hope! Don't miss the Flower Bridge near Lake Lure, the Japan House had good food, and we loved Chimney Rock State Park and the little town itself was a real gem!! Oh, and we loved that the cabin was in a neighborhood. It felt private but not isolated. A perfect combination when vacationing in the mountains! We'll definitely return!!!

this cabin is beautiful . We enjoyed everything there . We stayed in the cabin most of the time . Sarah is a wonderful host . She replied quickly for every query . I don’t see a single downside for this cabin . this is for every age group . pool table , games , hot tub , grilling area almost everything . Kitchen is well maintained. we cooked a lot there . We will come back for sure .

Both growing up in areas where lakes and family camps were a-plenty, a mountain cabin was always at the top of our wishlist. We consider this cabin as one of the happiest places we've been and we hope you'll enjoy making new memories with your family and friends!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the 3 stories that this cabin has being built on a hillside. Each floor has its own bedroom, full bathroom, and "hang-out area" which could be the ground floor with the pool table and access to the outdoor hot tub, the main floor with the gas fireplace and access to the outdoor grill, or the top floor with the vaulted ceiling loft where movie nights and board game nights are a perfect fit.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This cabin has the mountain views and neighborhood lake access without feeling TOO remote or too crowded. It's in a small community of other log cabins. Day trips to neighboring mountain towns or hiking trails are easy and the drives are picturesque.
