Good stay

The place was clean and great for a family to stay. Portofino is my favorite place to stay in Pensacola. The pools were nice, and the beach was beautiful and relaxing.

Weekend Getaway

The Condo was amazing. The photos didn't lie at all and we had everything we could have needed. We definitely will be staying again if the unit is available in the future. The view from the condo and balcony of the beach and gulf are spectacular

Wonderful/Very Cold

Beautiful resort and even though it was freezing and extremely windy during our Spring Break, there was plenty to do just on the island itself. Everyone was helpful from check in to check out. Lucky for us we only live 4 hours away so we will most definitely be back.

Portafino Stay

Overall we had a wonderful experience. The trips up and down the elevators are the only downside to staying here from what I can see. There aren’t very many elevators and they don’t .Move very fast. Condo was clean, as advertised and access to beach and pools was super easy.

Amazing views and comfortable furnishings. Kitchen needs better quality cookware/knives/etc and make sure to bring ALL seasonings you need bc they didn’t even have salt lol.Shower door in master bathroom was not clean and does not close properly, curtains are stained on back side so you only notice it when you are coming inside from balcony… master bath toilet was not well cleaned. Very minor issues. King bed is super comfortable, guest room queen/full bed is not comfortable and is short so only recommend for kids or short adults. There was a large bug in the guest bedroom toilet Couch is awesome and so are the balcony furniture and the recliners. Resort property is good, but needs some attention to detail such as the hot tub for both our building and the one at the central pool were not working properly (only a couple of jets working, dirty) the entire 5 days we were there. Spa women’s locker room showers were dirty and had used razors and unlabeled soap dispensers so you don’t know if it’s conditioner or shampoo or body wash. Just sort of neglected by staff. Poolside staff are great. Restaurant on property is not good at all, only decent item is large pepperoni pizza. Not even exaggerating. Mixed drinks are also lackluster so just stick with non fancy items. Towels are not provided at the main pool and really should be considering the units have hardly any. Will probably try Beach Club Resort next time to compare. It’s also quite a hike to the beach.

Portofino island resorts are the best… Tower 1 #1908

The sink in the master bathroom on the right side had a link under the sink we could use that side of the sink there was still dust under the beds and under the furniture…. But over all we had a great time there…. Thank u for letting use rent out ur condo…. Oh O forgot some jackets there in the master bathroom closet on the left and I did txt someone from Southern team and they said they will get a hold of the property manager and see if they were still there…. I loved how they respond to me fast……. Thank u again

The condo was great and had everything we needed. It was stressful when we tried to check in and our amenity forms were not in the system and we were concerned we didn’t have a room.

Enjoyed the beach but broken oven made it difficult to cook.

The beach and bay were beautiful! Beach week for a church group - 15 charter buses - was the same time. They took over the beach, elevators and Starbucks. An oven was listed online. We grocery shopped and later found it was broken and property manager was aware because there was a service call during our vacation which we had delayed. We had to prepare all meals on the grill. It made for a big headache and we should have been notified before so we could have changed our meals.

First family trip!

Property was very clean! Amazing views from the rooms and balcony. Our toddler liked the open space of the living area. Kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, dishes and utensils. The oven did not work, but the provided toaster oven was a good backup. Overall a good experience!
