Always love going to PCB!!

We had a great stay at this location. Only thing I can complain about was the elevators but the property was nice and maintained. It was as expected and we were given info to check in way ahead of time and had no issues. We can’t wait to come back to PCB!!

Family fun and sun

We always come to this property. We were happy with this particular unit. Bring your own fav cooking pan, if you’re particular. Property offers a lot of family fun and great location to stores and restaurants. Unit is great.

Great condo

Great condo. Decorations a little dated but still nice. The thing about Emerald Beach Resorts is it is very difficult to navigate with floors and elevators. Once you unload your car in the garage on level 3 go over the cross walk and get on elevator to floor 1 then find different elevator to your condo and you go back to put parking pass in your car- move your car to ground floor of garage and just go in and out of lobby to parking garage if you aren't elderly or with children- its easier to just walk across the road.

Beautiful condo

This is a beautiful condo, but the amenities that are listed were not accurate for the property. The listing says there is onsite dining/restaurant (there is only an ice cream/snack counter), and I never did see 3 pools (only two, and one is across the street from the property). There is only one bar in the skywalk, but no bar at the pool or beach

Perfect location!

Unit 428 was great! Not too high up and all the elevators were in prime working order. In all honesty, the unit could use a fresh coat of paint & some updating, but those things had no effect on our stay. We were on our way & Southern Vacation sent a text saying our unit was ready so when we arrived 3 hours early we were able to go right in and get unpacked, which was amazing!! This condo is located within walking distance to several local restaurants, a convenience store, pizza shop, souvenir store and an ice cream shop. In the condo garage lobby is a Starbucks & there is a restaurant/bar/ice cream shop in the catwalk with limited hours. It is a short drive from Walmart & Pier Park. This is our 3rd year staying at Emerald Beach and we will definitely be returning!

Out dated and unkept

The main pool was closed the entire stay , we were not notified beforehand . Condo was dated and chipped paint throughout. Broken closet / mirror upon arrival and no one ever came to repair . Not much to do on property. Construction on the escalators and we’re closed entire trip . I feel the rate we paid was definitely over priced for what we received .

Worse beds ever

Having rented many beach condos over the last 20 years so our expectations are low, everything is usually less than stellar and broken down but we go for the beach. And the view. We always bring our own pots and pans etc. The view here will not disappoint anyone, its awesome but this is the first time we had no good place to sleep. King mattress is broken down way beyond replacement, same with the sleeper sofas. My wife slept in a bunk bed and I made the king work. These condos are usually in need of repair but the beds in this one ruined our trip. Thankfully we were not able to stay all week otherwise we would have had to leave early or buy a cheap king mattress to finish the week.

Bumpy start but a strong finish

We arrived around 530 Saturday and the door code would not open the door. We spent 45 minutes looking for help but no one was available. A neighbor came by to show us how to get in. There were no details on how to close up at the end. We figured things out and made the best of the weeks stay. Nice resort but may try a different room next time.
