Next to a private pool (the pool is for Main House guest use), you'll find a courtyard stair that leads up to a front porch. Inside is a professionally designed interior with tasteful modern decor and bold artwork. Glass double doors and large windows fill an open-concept living and dining space with natural light. Hone your brunch-making skills in a galley-style kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances, or relax on a luxurious day bed and enjoy the large flat-screen TV. *Your rental property may share a courtyard or lot with a carriage house or main house that is owner-occupied or rented to separate guests from your party. Unfortunately, the private pool is for the main house only.
