Beautiful 2400 sq. ft 3-story luxury home in the heart of upscale South Tampa in one of the safest and most exclusive neighborhoods- just 7 minutes to downtown & 10 minutes from Raymond James Stadium. Newly-built with high-end appliances, fixtures, and furniture.

3 large bedrooms, high ceilings, open floor plan with chef's style kitchen, large dining area, and 65" TV. Private backyard, patio & 2 car garage.

Close to everything & walkable to the great bars and restaurants on popular Howard Ave.

Our home is available for professional production use including film, television, and commercial photography. Please directly inquire about those rates before booking :)

We loved the home. Everything was perfect, From the comfort of the beds to the well stocked kitchen! The host Angelina was also very easy to work with. She communicated clearly and responded to questions quickly. Greta place for kids and very centrally located to everything in south Tampa!

5-star stay in Tampa

Centrally located, walkable to food/bars, and good amenities. I’d recommend some curtains in the bedrooms just for more comfort for vacationing guests :)

New Beautiful Gem in Soho

We stayed here for Gasparilla, 20 minute walk to Bayshore & 5 mins to bars. Amazing host! Clean and modern townhome with plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay! Perhaps more bath towels is a friendly suggestion.

This place is SPOTLESS! Something I highly applaud and appreciate. We stayed here for two nights and it was perfect for us to enjoy all that the area had to offer. The hosts were very accomodating, thoughtful and kind. Would love to stay here again if we ever find ourselves looking for a place to stay in Tampa!

Great place/location!

We stayed here during a long weekend for a family members birthday. We had a great time and the house was well stocked and very clean! We stayed here with my 3 kids and they were very comfortable too. The owners left us a wonderful “welcome” gift that my kids and I both loved! The owners were very easy to work with and get ahold of during our stay when we had questions. There is an awesome restaurant down the street called The Mill that we walked to and had an amazing dinner at. I would definitely come back to this house and stay again.

So beautiful Soho!

We usually stay at the Renaissance when we visit our son and his wife in Tampa. We knew some of the in-law family was visiting during this trip so we wanted a place to relax and visit. This spacious, beautifully decorated home was absolutely perfect. Angelina and Kevin were very nice and easy to work with. Everything was exactly as presented and super clean. Would definitely recommend this home for a convenient and relaxing stay in the Soho/Hyde Park area.

Incredible Location and Beautiful Unit

A few friends and I visited Tampa and stayed at this Soho unit and were absolutely blown away by the size, cleanliness, communication, and location. The location was central to nearly everything... I don't think we took any Uber that was longer than ten mins to any of the premier destinations in Tampa. The hosts greeted me at the unit upon check in and gave me a tour of the unit which I thought was a great touch as well. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Well-Appointed Home

Thank you SO much to our amazing host Angelina! She went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and we loved the property. It was modern with new construction and I so appreciated all of the design details. We stayed with 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone and lots of nice open space to spend time together. I’m a bit of a germaphobe and everything was very clean, which made me extra happy! Thanks for treating us like VIPs and sharing your beautiful home with us! We had the perfect trip!

Beautiful Home!

We came to Tampa for the RV show and this was a great location within 10 minutes of the fairgrounds. The neighborhood has a nice grocery and good restaurants within walking distance. The home is clean and beautifully decorated and Angelina and Yahya were extremely gracious and helpful!

Thanksgiving celebration in Tampa

This lovely home was an ideal location to celebrate Thanksgiving for our extended family of 7. The Viking appliances, large kitchen and great room with high ceilings gave us plenty of space to congregate and prepare an amazing meal. The house is conveniently located in south Tampa and is only a quick 10 minute drive from the airport. The restaurants and shops in Hyde Park are nearby. Our hosts, Kevin and Angelina, were responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Tampa vacation home!

The place was beautiful and spacious beyond belief! Angelina and Kevin were at the place upon arrival and gave us a tour and easy instructions for house use. They were welcoming and inviting to our entire party! We were able to reach them with no problem and we’re quick to answer any questions we had! The house is modern and very stylish. Great job with the place 🙌🏽
