Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a free parking in the attached garage, 2 Outdoor pools (Open Memorial Day - Labor Day, hours are 9 am - 8 pm, please follow all posted rules), 24/7 Fitness Center and Bark Park with agility equipment. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).

Your reservation at CityWay includes one pass for the on-site CityWay South Parking Garage. Please note that we cannot provide additional passes as the garage is public. Upon entry, take a ticket and pay upon exiting, subject to availability. The pass grants unlimited in and out privileges for one vehicle. Enjoy convenient parking during your stay at CityWay!

Residents are expected to self-monitor occupancy limits posted on the pool deck. Our staff and Courtesy Officers will also be checking in regularly.

Great little weekend place

Close to lots of places downtown and yet quiet. The two bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great for 2 adult couples.

Great Location and nice amenities

The location is within walking distance of all the downtown activities. We stayed during GenCon and it was a perfect place to stay, game, and relax.

Perfect Location

Stayed here one night for an event at Gainbridge. The location was closer than the uber drop off area. The apartment was absolutely perfect and exactly as shown in the pictures.

Such a Great Apartment in a Great Location

This apartment was very spacious with two bedrooms and attached baths. It was clean and had a lot of light due to all the windows. It was a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is great as we were able to walk to restaurants and even took a scooter to our event in the river. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute Urban Apartment in Indy

Really close to Lucas. Great access to scooters or walking paths. Urban setting with lots of dogs. Very enjoyable stay. Check in process can be a little tricky - I didn't have any issues but I was helping another renter figure out the process. Check in takes a little time but great once you figure it out. Enjoyed the space a lot and would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay in Indianapolis !!!

Nice place, 3 min walk to the Gainbridge, 5 min walk for downtown and maybe 10 min to the Luca oil. Restaurant nearby, clean as well, safe place to stay. I recommend it and will for return there the next time. Très bel appartement, à moins de 10 mim de marche de tout !!! Restaurants à proximité, Gainbridge, centre-ville, Lucas Oil. Propre, sécuritaire et bien entretenu. Je le recommande sans hésiter.

Great place. Easy walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium and downtown. Very clean. My only comment is maybe another small bedside table in each bedroom so both sides of the bed have a place to put phone, etc. A fan in each room would be nice too. It gets stuffy when bedroom doors are shut. But very minor. Overall, communication, parking, cleanliness, and access was wonderful. Plan to stay here again.

Difficult check in

Location - 100! Property layout - adequate. A little tight for sleeping 5. Otherwise, it was not great. Not clean. Dirt on floors and furniture. Laundry left in the dryer. Worst part was trying to find the keys and pass to park. Necessities were lacking for a short term rental. Communication with the property manager was not helpful - actually claimed that laundry is left in the dryer on purpose. Wish I could give 5/5 on all as we had a great weekend, and the location was very close to Bankers Life for our ncaa tournament games. Good neighborhood. Good eats. Clean up some of your issues and you’ll have a gem.

Perfect for our Bands of America Experience

This cute 3rd floor apartment was wonderful for our needs! We were in Indy for the Bands of America competition and couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this place over a downtown hotel. The price was comparable, but what you get is so much more! I could go on and on, but here are my top raves: Proximity to Lucas Oil, the Pacer arena, restaurants, groceries, coffee, etc. We walked everywhere! Having a kitchen and living room as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms allowed us to relax between performances, cook some meals, and spread out which wouldn’t have been the same in a hotel. FREE PARKING! Wow!! So thankful for this! We had friends who had to pay $20 for parking each day. This saved us a lot of money. The parking garage was wonderful with elevator access right up to our room. We found some cute places to eat/drink nearby. Highly recommend Taxman Beergarten & Gastropub and Ash & Elm Restaurant and Cider Co. Bedding and towels were fine. Extra pillows, blankets, and fold out sleeping pads were provided in each closet. Nice natural light through the great room windows with a false balcony you can open on nice days. The showers don’t drain very well so the tubs filled up with water during showers. The key pick up/drop off was a bit tricky to find at first, but super convenient after we figured it out. Overall a fantastic experience! Thank you!!

Disappointed

Check in process wasn’t the easiest but we figured it out. Garage was full on our level so we had to park on the 5th floor, no problem, we will just use elevator. Nope! Elevator was out of service. The stairs are not by the elevator, they are on opposite side of parking garage. After the long hike we get to the room. The set up was fine and as described but not maintained at all. The walls, trim, and doors were in a desperate need of a paint job. Dried up toothpaste in one of the sinks. Ice maker did not make ice. 3 tvs which is nice but one of them was missing the Roku device so when I called about it the management, which I feel like is a auto response robot, told me it was a smart tv and no remote Roku was necessary which is a lie, I know the difference between a smart tv and a tv you plug in a Roku but thank you for insulting my intelligence. They finally responded much later and said someone must have taken the box and a new one is on its way. They never showed up. Location is good and free parking is nice. If they put some effort into the unit with fresh paint and made sure it was actually clean since we are paying an extra cleaning fee and elevator worked I would stay here again.

Scenic and simple

I have this stay and place 3 stars because the check-in process was challenging, the hallway smelled of dogs and dog poop, and the check out process was also challenging. Check/in- received a text an an email that linked to property directions and the check in process. One direction did not get me to the check in location and the directions that hit me to the key box was not clear. I circled the blocks several time. Hallway- the smell of dogs and dog poop was overwhelming upon entering the hallway to my unit. Once we were in the unit, the smell was fine. Checkout- directions for trash disposal was unclear. Instructions should have advised that you will dispose of trash in the room labeled “refuse.” I tan up and down a couple of floors until i got curious and opened the e door I was also taken back when i received an email about the required deposit prior to checking in. I must have missed this when completing the registration The unit was nice, simple, and adequate. The location was in close walking proximity to downtown and restaurants. I enjoyed looking at the scenery during my morning walks. Just a violent off issues. My daughters room had hair in the tub, bed and towels. There were two empty 12 pack beer boxes left on the utility closet. I would rent again at this location but maybe stay in a newer unit or one without pets.

Hi Nicole, I'm sorry for these issues. We try to make the check in process simple by providing step by step instructions, including pictures as we know how large this community is! We have addressed the issues with the smell in the building hallways with building management. While we cannot control the common areas, this is unacceptable. We also were not notified of any cleanliness issues during your stay as we would have addressed immediately.
