Welcome to "Hey Hey 30A," a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Bahamas-style unit that offers all the comforts and amenities you desire in a home away from home. This charming cottage features a generously sized kitchen that overlooks the living and dining area, complete with a gas cooktop, an oversized fridge, and stainless steel appliances. With its 10' ceilings and ample windows, the open living and dining areas provide a bright and airy atmosphere, complemented by custom-made furnishings. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The master suite boasts a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large shower, luxurious tile work, and upgraded fixtures. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Prominence Beach Access Points
Beach Access to the West:
- Deer Lake State Park: The closest and most popular beach access to Prominence, located just 0.5 miles away. Please note that as a state park, alcohol is not allowed, and beach services are unavailable.
- Walton Dunes: Approximately 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail, this Walton County beach access offers parking and a short distance to the beach.
- Santa Clara: Situated near Bramble Grove Road, around 3.5 miles west of Prominence, Santa Clara provides beach access with parking and bathrooms.

Beach Access to the East:
- Gulf Lakes: A small Walton County beach access located approximately 0.5 miles east of Prominence. Although parking is not available, it's a great option for a bike ride to the beach.
- Sea Breeze: Just past the Gulf Lakes access, Sea Breeze is a Walton County beach access without parking or bathrooms, but it does offer a shower.

Great place to stay

This was a great place for me and 3 teens. The golf cart and the bikes worked out great! Condo had everything we needed. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great location for vacation.

Great location!

We had a wonderful time at Hey Hey 30A. Location is great and unit is very clean and nicely decorated. The golf cart and bikes are a great perk. The only thing I would recommend would be to include a few extra bath towels and dish towels.

Perfect for a Family

We had a great stay at Hey Hey 30A! The location is fantastic—right across from The Big Chill with easy access by foot, bike, or golf cart. The community pool is large and heated, which the kids absolutely loved. It’s also a quick, easy drive to several beautiful beaches in the area.A couple of things to note for future guests: the kitchen isn’t very well stocked (not even basic spices like salt and pepper), and the mattresses could use an update—they weren’t the most comfortable. One pleasant surprise was the garage, which is full of beach chairs, toys, and gear. We were told chairs weren’t included, so we bought some ahead of time, but there were at least 10 in the garage that previous guests had left behind.Overall, a fun and convenient spot for a 30A getaway!

Beach Time

We really enjoyed our stay at Hey Hey 30A. Everything was as advertised with this property and the location was perfect. We would takethe GolfCart to Deer Lake Park and go to the beach, then walk across to the "Big Chill" formally "The Hub" at night for some dinner or just dessert (Ice-cream). The boys loved the crystal clear waters and abundant marine life. We never struggled to find a spot to set up camp while we were at the beach. We love this location and would gladly stay again or recommed to our friends. Thanks for making our time there easy and enjoyable.

Good place to stay for vacation

The house is nice, spacious. We stayed with 5 adults and had plenty of space. Beds were uncomfortable, especially king sized bed in master. There were not enough towels and we had to do laundry often (detergent pods were supplied). The dryer does not work. It has to run a really really really long time to dry even very light loads. We brought our own beach towels, luckily, even though they take up a lot of packing space. The kitchen sink faucet was broken and kept falling off. Location is good
we used the golf cart to go to a couple of beaches because they are not within walking distance while carrying beach gear. Some of the bicycles were a little broken but we used 1 or 2 of them. The condo was clean other than scuffs on the walls and a little mildew in the upstairs bathroom. I wasn't expecting all bedrooms to be upstairs
it was okay but would be hard for some people to carry large suitcases.

Great location for teens

We like Prominence because the teens ride bikes around the neighborhood and The Chill which is fun. Getting to the beach is not the easiest. I was somewhat disappointed in the quality of beds/linens in HeyHey30A. We had to go buy bath towels. 8 towels for 6 people wasn’t enough. The house could use a deep cleaning. We had fun but I wouldn’t re-book this house.

I'll start off first by saying the house was very nice and comfortable! Unfortunately we had a terrible first night. We arrived around 5pm, got in the house, unpacked & my two little boys wanted to hit the beach before sunset so we did just that! When we returned to the house we were completely locked out. I tried to call, txt message and email the management company and nobody answered leaving us outside at night with two soaking wet kids. We ended up having to call a lock smith. We never heard back from the management company. We did however see a maintenance man letting another family in — they also were locked out. Basically we locked the deadbolt when we left (like we would at home) so do not do that! Just use the keypad. I reached out to the management company to tell them my concern and they were completely unprofessional and for lake of a better word.. rude. Although we loved this area we won't be staying there again. My kids were terrified. We sat outside for way too long at night. We just do not feel confident that if something goes wrong someone is there to help. Not something I'm willing to do with small children. We learned our lesson not to lock the deadbolt and to never give Coastal Dreamin' our business again. I reached out to the management, Catherine numerous times and still have not heard back which lead me to this review. I'm honestly not surprised because they never got back to us that night either. We were out $200 for the lock smith. We also were never given a pool code or garage code. We loved the house itself
 I hate that their lack of customer service and attention to a scary matter lead me to this review.

Hey Hey 30A

Renting the property was very easy. The cleanliness of the home wasn’t, I was very disappointed and my family was disappointed from what the leasing company said is clean and what we expect. I won’t be renting from that company again.

Great for families

The property was perfect for our family with lot of space. The use of the golf cart and bikes was wonderful. The kids loved it. We had an issue with our garage door opener, but maintenance came out to look at it quickly. However, the opener couldn't be fixed during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Such an amazing stay!

We had THE BEST time at Hey, Hey 30 A! The owner and property managers were so responsive. We thought the location was ideal to so many restaurants, shops and beach access points. The decor and hospitality was the best I've seen at any of our 30A stays. This made every moment in the home so relaxing and peaceful after a day at the beach. We will certainly be back! Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at Hey Hey 30A, during my kids Spring Break. From the moment we walked in we felt at home! The house is beautifully decorated, bright, and airy. There were a few things I left behind such as my crockpot. But I had no worries, everything I left behind including the crockpot was there :) We definitely plan on returning!

Hey! Hey! 30A

Perfect location for our weekend getaway. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride to Rosemary Beach and Seaside for dinner and shopping. Close proximity to The Hub was a plus as well. We rode bikes and accessed the beach at Deer Park, which was beautiful. After a day of exploring, we could not have been more comfortable with the accommodations. The home is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is stocked with ample plates, utensils, coffee cups, cookware, etc. The couch was so comfy and we enjoyed kicking back and relaxing on it. The bathrooms were spacious and luxurious. Everything from the comfortable beds to the provided blankets to snuggle up in for a movie night made it feel like home away from home. The owners of this unit were purposeful and intentional in all aspects. We will definitely be renting from these homeowners a couple of times each year.

Wonderful Sta

Had a great stay with friends. This unit was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was nice being close to the 30A Hub along with several beach access points. I will definitely be planning a trip back.

Loved My Stay at HeyHey30A!

Looking for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing getaway? HeyHey30A is the place for you and your family/friends! What a BEAUTIFUL home, and in a great location! Bike paths take the trip to a new level, with scenic routes around every corner. If you are looking for delicious food and live music, The Hub is only a short walk away. Panama City is also only a short drive away. Already looking into coming back!! Would recommend this place to anyone!
