This is a true lakefront house literally right next to the community beach and less than 10 minutes/2.5 miles from Big Boulder Ski Resort. This home is in the heart of the Pocono Mountains in Blakeslee PA near Lake Harmony.

This sprawling Lakefront lodge will feel like home with a fully loaded gameroom where you can enjoy playing pool, shuffleboard, Foosball, air hockey, card games at the bar card table, and many board games. Enjoy a nice evening fire by the lake in two fire pits with plenty of seating for everyone. Take a ride in one of our kayaks or our canoe from the marina. You can Fish right from the edge of the property directly into the lake. Enjoy TV in every bedroom and living rooms., and an outdoor hot tub set high among the trees on the second story deck, 16 ft patio table, with a propane grill and more! You'll have easy parking to avoid the car shuffling. The house is literally steps from the beach, community playground, pavilion, and more!

For guest use, we have FOUR 1-person kayaks + a canoe (2-3 people) , as well as all paddles and life jackets.

IMPORTANT: starter packs of paper goods, toiletries, cleaning chemicals, soaps, detergents, sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, and other kitchen necessities ARE all included with your stay. Sheets and towels ARE included too.

Your rental includes all community fees, beach fees, parking fees, and other fees. There are no hidden charges after your reservation is paid.

Inside the ~3,900 square foot house you will find seven bedrooms - all enclosed with doors - no dens or other spaces pretending to be bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs - 2 with king beds and one queen bedroom. Downstairs you will find 4 full bedrooms - 3 bedrooms include 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, and 1 bedroom includes a bunk bed with a full below and twin above. This lakehouse has it all - a full kitchen with all the usual appliances, living room for TV and gathering, full downstairs game area, huge outdoor deck with a hot tub directly overlooking the beautiful lake, a seating area with lake view in the backyard and much more.

Our lake house, Skiing Bear Lake Front Lodge, is part of Brier Crest Woods Resort. The Following amenities are available next door to the lake house (literally as close as you can get in the community):

We loved our long weekend at this home! There was so much room for our large group, and so many bedrooms! The home was well stocked and clean. Michael & Ashley were very responsive whenever we reached out to them. Check in was very simple. We highly recommend this home!

Hosts were excellent and responsive. House could be cleaner and all outdoor areas need attention. Amenities were great but washer was not working properly and ice maker did not work. Over all, we had a great week.

Our family had a great time while amazing at the lake house. There was plenty of room for everyone and it's conveniently located right next to the playground. Beach, volleyball and basketball courts. We used the kayaks and canoe on the lake and did a lot of fishing. There are a few cosmetic issues that the house has but nothing that was too major.

The property is in a great location. The hot tub was a huge hit and the space really accommodated the amount of people we had. It was a great overall experience! The only thing we noticed was the air b n b definitely needed to be cleaned better.

The most important thing is that the family had a great time at this place. It is hard to find a place with 7 actual bedrooms, most with more than one bed. The location was perfect for our family. Right next to beach, basketball and volleyball. That said, the house needs some care and love in cleaning and maintenance (we met another family at the beach that had stayed there in the past and said the same). The host was quick to respond and even sent service as needed. One of best features was a living/play room on both floors. For those late night folks, they could hang out downstairs while the early birds could sleep upstairs. The price was great for the space and location. Even knowing what we know, we may still consider renting in future if need arises.

The host was the best! He was very accommodating and prompt in resolving our issues. We had a great week. The house was big and comfortable for my large family! My kids and grandchildren loved the game room and hot tub.I was under the impression that the boats and kayaks were next door at the beach, but they were across the lake. The bbq did not have any propane. I would recommend getting a different cleaning service.

Very dated, dirty walls, deck with peeling paint and loose railing. Refrigerators are missing shelves so difficult to store food for the 12 people we had. Hot tub was light green and cloudy. Windows had multiple cobwebs on outside on many windows. Great access to nice beach.

Enjoyed a week in July with 16 family members. Large house that offers plenty of space for everyone. House was clean upon arrival with clean sheets and bath towels in each room. Plenty of space for parking lots of cars. They do advertise propane grill, but know that you, the renter, must provide your own propane tank (due to insurance reasons). We opted to use the provided charcoal grill. They also provide a hair dryer and were very generous in providing coffee pods, paper towels, cleaning supplies. Owner was very responsive to questions.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend, and it was the perfect vacation home. There’s so much to do, especially if you enjoy being outdoors, and it’s only a short drive to nearby restaurants. We loved the hot tub and the pool table, and having TVs in each room was a great bonus. The hosts were very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Some of us even went fishing, which made the trip even more fun. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful, clean property. The owners were prompt with communications, and quick to resolve anything. The house was as listed and in our opinion, better than the pictures. We had a very short stay but would love to return in warmer weather to enjoy all of the amenities of the community.

Michael and Ashleigh were great hosts. Super friendly and very available and attentive. Our family of 14 came to celebrate the 30th birthday of our twins! The kids all went snow tubing and sledding and we enjoyed having a fire outside and just enjoying the fresh air!! Such a great time!! Can’t wait to come back!!

The overall experience was not very good. There were takeout bags under the bed in the room. There were also many spiders, and the hot tub water had not been cleaned or changed.

The guest said "we love this place" during their stay. They only gave us this review because we billed them for extra cleaning and damage after they left trash all over the house and yard. We recommend guests look at our other reviews for a more balanced picture.

House was great for our big family of 15. Plenty to do right at the house and having the community amenities (beach, basketball court, volleyball) a few steps away was perfect.

The house is great for families, very spacious and clean. Our family of 6 had a great time during our weekend stay. The game room kept kids occupied for hours. The playground and community beach are accessible right next door. We definitively recommend it.
