Amazing home and close to everything! Perfect for our family. Loved sitting on the front porch and enjoying all the activity in the neighborhood. Beautiful area to take walks and see all the historical homes and parks. Highly recommend!

This was our second trip to Pensacola that we were able to stay at Gregory House. Once we knew the dates we could travel, we IMMEDIATELY looked to see if it was available and booked it. Because of a typo on my end, I had to communicate with VRBO and our host G______ was quick to respond to correct my error. She also communicated before, during, as well as after our stay to make sure everything was just as it should be. The location of Gregory House in Pensacola’s Historic District makes it convenient to parks, history, great restaurants, and is not far from the beaches.As former owners of an historic home in Alabama, staying in Gregory House is special t us. The comfort, charm, cleanliness, and character of the house is worth a visit. We will be back!

Fantastic host helped me with our entire stay - preparation, early and updated information so we knew what to anticipate, practical instructions, and even help with local to order lost medication. The guest book was clear and concise
Gorgeous property, every need was anticipated for an incredible stay. Well designed master bathroom was enjoyed by all. Host Gloria was top-notch. Her attention to detail, & communication made for a very relaxing stay. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect for walking to downtown

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We absolutely love downtown Pensacola and were pleased we could walk to Palafox and all of downtown so easily. Drive to the beach was easy and having a nice quiet location to stay was perfect.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. The Gregory house is warm and inviting. Is spacious and absolutely beautifully decorated. Communicating with the host was always very pleasant and a quick response. I would love to meet them. The kitchen, as always, Always is a great great gathering place and this kitchen is no exception. We had two family dinners with lots of activity and sing-alongs. The front porch and outside seating along with everything provided inside everyone to be comfortable and have a great visit. The house was spotless and we hope to leave it as close to that as humanly possible tomorrow morning. I don’t want to leave. I absolutely plan on renting this again next year and for as long as it is available. It is convenient to so many things and easy access to the bridge and the beach. This is our second day at the Gregory house and the good Lord willing it won’t be our last. One other thing, the sheets on the beds are the most comfortable of any I have any rentals I have ever stayed in. Thank you so much to our hosts.

Great location

Close to several unique restaurants and only a few blocks from downtown Pensacola. Plenty of common space for large groups. Nice front porch and parking in driveway for several cars. The only slightly negative comment is the bathroom in the upstairs bedroom is hard to maneuver in because of the sloped ceilings.

Great location. Front patio tables were awesome to gather and eat our meals. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms comfortable and clean. Only negative is that the upstairs bathroom is not practical for adults (micro-sized shower and unusable toilet location…have to duck down to use sink) so really only one working bathroom for adult sized guests. We enjoyed our stay regardless and the host was very responsive and pleasant!

Stay for Daughter's Wedding

We were in town for our daughter's wedding and enjoyed staying at the Gregory House, located in the center of the Historic District. The home is charming, with plenty of parking in the rear to accommodate wedding guests that stopped by to visit. The upstairs provided a wonderful space for our daughter to get ready and dressed prior to the wedding, which was held at the nearby Basilica.
