Amazing ocean & marsh views from this beautiful villa on a private beach. Located mid-island on Hilton Head. Near golf courses and tons of family activities. Listen to the waves crash so close that you can smell the salt in the air. 3rd floor top unit 70 yards from boardwalk to the beachfront restaurant/bar & largest pool on the island. Work from the beach with our hi-speed internet. On site gym, bike rentals, convention center, 8 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, tennis and pickleball pros, 24 hour gated security. There is the Hilton Head Breeze Trolley that runs free and can take you around the island. Stops right at the resort.

You can hear the waves crashing from this charming 1 Bedroom, 1 bath 3rd floor Hilton Head Beach and Tennis unit located in Ocean Building C. Just steps from the beach and the largest oceanfront pool on the island, this unit has everything you need for your next beach getaway. Tastefully decorated with inspirational beach decor the master bedroom includes a queen sized bed and private access to the bathroom with combination tub shower. Outside of the master bedroom are two twin bunk beds and a fun chalk board in the hall which leads to the open living area. The bright and clean kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials and appliance needs. The open living area features a dining table with seating for 4, 42" Smart TV with DVD player, comfortable sleeper sofa and armchair, and sliding door access to the balcony overlooking the beautiful marsh full of wildlife and Atlantic Ocean.
A starter pack of toiletries/supplies is provided- couple of rolls of toilet paper, complimentary hotel size soap/shampoo is provided upon check-in.

3rd Floor is accessed by stairs near unit or elevators in the front end of building furthest from beach. There are luggage carts near elevators to help you move if you have a lot of stuff. BBQ's are on site and there's a children's playground on site also. We have a booster seat for tots in kitchen cabinet, some family games in living room, and some beach items in front of unit behind the railing-chairs, buckets, shovels, boogie boards, etc.-these items change frequently as people leave stuff and items get damaged.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is a lively oceanfront resort community that offers 2 pools including the islands largest oceanfront pool with kiddie pool, 10 complimentary tennis court with night lighting, a playground, fitness center, conference room, 3 onsite restaurants, onsite bike rentals, and community grills. The resort is located mid island directly on the Atlantic Ocean and is easy biking distance to many restaurants, shops, movie theater, and mini golf as well as 40+ golf courses.
There is a free trolley that goes by the resort. There is a map in the pictures to show the routes.
The cost includes 1 free parking pass, any additional parking passes are $37 each
