POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Black out dates - July 4th week, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend.

Open kitchen and living room floor plan with dining room table and barstool countertop. Bright and spacious kitchen features Viking appliances, microwave, dishwasher, ice machine and coffee maker. Living room features a couch, three chairs, three ottomans, TV and gas fireplace.

Three bedrooms downstairs each with en suite bathroom: Master bedroom with king size bed and custom built-in closets, connecting to large master bath with double vanity and walk-in shower; Guest bedroom with Queen size bed and full bathroom attached; Additional Guest bedroom downstairs with twin bed and full bathroom attached.

Fourth bedroom and full bathroom on second floor. Very large main room features two full size beds with curtain separators, sitting area and television. Although in the same room, the beds were designed as individual chambers with a privacy curtain. A large bathroom with a shower, private dressing area and separate commode space is attached to accommodate upstairs guests.

Laundry closet with washer and dryer downstairs.

Open front porch with 2 separate seating groups, and rear screened porch with fireplace. Both porches with outdoor furniture. Grill.
