Picture yourself rolling out of bed in the morning directly onto the beach, drink of choice in hand, with your favorite book and music to boot! Enjoy the beach with the included Tommy Bahama beach gear or absorb the cool ocean breeze from the patio while allowing the lapping waves to lull you into a sense of serenity only such a residence can offer.



In terms of location, Sundial of Sanibel is located in an area considered to be mid-island, equidistant to all Sanibel has to offer including beaches, restaurants, attractions, and the mainland of Fort Myers for those adventurous enough to explore beyond the island. Located in the F building of Sundial West, this residence is less than a three minute walk to the beach and features direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from the rightmost portion of the patio. In terms of positioning, this residence boasts a tranquil water feature directly in front of its patio, the Gulf of Mexico to the left, and a beautiful sunset exposure at the end of each day!

Guests have access to the amenities of Sundial West, including a large heated pool, private beach access just minutes from your unit as well as all on-site restaurants and shops.



The Neighborhood:

Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay.



Getting Around:

We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence.

Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit paymen
