Hello and welcome to Downing Dream in NAPLES, Florida (It doesnt let me fix the Crowne Pointe location) Offered is my beautiful 3bed 2 bath house in a quiet cul-de-sac with everything you'd need to enjoy your time in Florida.

Master includes a new King mattress
1st Guest room includes a new Queen mattress
2nd Guest room includes two single twins
Second living room includes a comfy pull out sleeper with a new mattress also

Giant refinished heated pool and hot tub with full Sonos Exterior sound system to enjoy the outdoors.

New outdoor kitchen/ bar area as well as 2 outdoor tvs for any sports needs.

FAST WIFI for the kiddos!

So good we have returned

This was a return stay here. If anything the house was better and we thought it was great the first time. Wonderful location for anything in Naples. Great quiet neighborhood. I especially appreciate how responsive Clint is. We will be back next year.

Amazing home

We have rented many homes and this was one of the best. The home has everything you need inside and out, and the backyard was stunning, we spent all of our time outside. We were there with our children and grandchildren. Clint was an amazing property manager, responding immediately to the few issues we came across even the evening of New Yeas day. The location is close to everything. No disappointments with this home.

Better than Photos

This property was perfect. We were outside on the fantastic lanai the entire time. The house is stocked with everything needed. Management is quick to respond to your needs. Photos do not reflect how great and lovely it is. Enjoy morning and evening pink sunrises and sunsets. Warm breeze off the lake is perfect. I would highly recommend.

Amazing stay

Clint has thought of every detail in this home, it was spectacular. Clean, comfortable, lots of space. We spent most our time out in the lanai enjoying the birds and reptiles (and rabbits squirrels and turtles) in the area. Lots of extras in the home, he made our stay very welcoming. We are beach bums so loved that we were only about a 10 min drive away from beach and 5th. We didn’t have a whole lot to reach out for, but when we did, Clint was very prompt to respond. We hope to be back!

Outside space is all we really needed - it was perfect!

I cannot say enough good things about this property - the house is gorgeous and was spotless when we arrived! The outdoor living space is beyond perfect and where we spent most of our time. The house had everything we needed and then some - including beach chairs, pool toys etc. Clint was very responsive to all of our questions. We had an incident with the second shower needing repaired and he responded within the hour and went above and beyond to make things right. The only downside (4/5) is the house was a little further from the beach than I usually like but it did not alter our trip at all - I would definitely recommend this house to all future renters. Clint my family and I thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Wonderful Place

The property is great. Clean, great quiet neighborhood, wonderful view, pool and outside space. Roomy well designed and decorated interior. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the owner. He responded to any questions (by phone call or text) within minutes. Can’t wait for our next trip to Naples.

Awesome Family Retreat

Had a great multi-generational family vacation here. House had everything we needed, everything! Grocery store really close by was nice to have and very convenient:. One of the best outdoor pool areas we’ve enjoyed. Spent all of our time out there together. Would definitely rent again. Host was very responsive.

Anniversary Week in Naples

The house was even better than the pictures! I am really picky about smells and the house smelled really nice walking in. Everything was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the couches were excellent. The pool, spa and lanai area was wonderful! The location was nice and quiet, but close to everything we wanted to see. Clint was quick to answer all my questions and the check in and check out was great. We did not use them, but it looked like there was some beach gear in the garage. It was nice to have a full washer and dryer so I didn't have to spend my first day back from vacation doing laundry. I would highly recommend Clint and this house to anyone.

Great place!!

The house is perfect! Everything was super clean and there were thoughtful touches added as well. The place is even nicer than the pics! Great pool and hot tub. Perfect pool size for younger and older kids. I loved the outside grill and bar area as well. The house is located near restaurants and a Publix which is super helpful when you have kids with you. I would definitely stay again. Clint was very responsive to any issues that we had which were really minor such as how to work the tvs. Don’t hesitate. Book it! This is a great place to stay.
