Spacious Beachfront Condo Located on Grand Lagoon

THREE separate bedrooms all located on the corners of the unit allow for a little privacy, open kitchen area that looks into living room. Ice maker, double door refrigerator with a freezer, and washer/dryer included. Beachfront view from private balcony. Three pools, hot tub, large tanning deck.
Wrist bands included. Located right on the beach. Condo is on the 13th floor. 3 bedrooms 2 full baths. Westward facing balcony allows for a beautiful view of the sun set.

The layout of the condo has the best of both worlds. This large space gives a family a place to all be together watching TV, paying cards, or just hanging out. Opposite of this area the three separate bedrooms allow for some privacy, and a peaceful night of sleep. Regency Towers is located on the eastern side of Thomas drive this area allows for a quieter stay while still being a short drive to anywhere. Personally we love to walk down the beach for a bite to eat at Schooners.

To be honest,the place was extremely dirty, there were stains on every piece of furniture. Two forks in the place,one coffee cup. I tried reaching out to the host, he didn't want to do much about anything. So in short I spent my vacation cleaning,and on the phone trying to resolve this issue. So renters please beware! Also blood on pillows,and body fluids on the bed!

Where do I begin with the disappointment…I read a negative review and specifically ask the owner if the issues had been addressed and he assured me they had been. We arrived at the location to learn there was an additional 40 fee then the owner stated we could check in early the housekeeper was finishing up. At 2pm we went to the room and the housekeeper came to the door after about 10 minutes of us trying to open the door. She had very apparently been sleeping as her hair was all messed up and she was barefoot and looked groggy. Finally 4 o’clock came and we were more than ready to rest but entry into the room highlighted many issues. Most of the outlets did not work the lamps did not have lightbulbs and there were not overhead lights so the back bedrooms were pitch black. The furniture was absolutely filthy, we would not even sit on the couch. The kitchen area rug was stained and filthy. There was a hole in the dining room wall. The tv in the master bedroom did not work, no tv’s in the other bedrooms. 2 of the beds had sand in them. The whole condo was run down and in desperate need of repair.

We have been going to RT for 4 years. This was the worst experience. Started off our vacation with the condo not being cleaned, when they did come at 7pm, we had to finish the sheets and make the beds, and wash all the comforters because they were brown, obviously not part of the washing routine.Half the lights don’t work, the master shower floods the floor, the couch is the most disgustingly couch I’ve ever seen- no one even sat on it the entire week. Day 5 the AC froze up and it took the host all day to respond. We even left early because home 12 hours away- seemed more appealing than another night in that condo. I am baffled at how someone can own a beautiful space and take zero care of it. The microwave was taken out the second day due to it not working, and the small one that was left on the counter- didn’t work. I could say so much more, but I won’t. If you’re thinking of renting this condo- please read the reviews and book with caution. Oh, there are also only 2 TVs on the condo, one in the living room and one small one hanging by wires in the master.

We enjoyed our stay! The view was great! The condo could be soooo nice if it just had a deep clean. I think maybe it’s time to come check it out or get a new cleaning lady. That was our only issue!

Great Location, Quiet Place, Beautiful Sunsets

It accommodated our large family of all ages and the ice maker under the counter was an excellent resource for packing coolers. We enjoyed our stay and the balcony had a great view of the beautiful sunsets! Master bedroom BED was the nicest bed I’ve ever slept on !

Spacious and cozy

This condo was perfect for our trip. It is well decorated and the ice machine was a bonus! The beds are super comfy. We had an issue with the AC but the manager replied back quickly and had someone out the next day to fix the issue. Overall great place.

Great stay

The condo was exactly as described and looked in pictures. Tyler called to make sure check in went smoothly. Loved the decor and the owners covered all necessities for an enjoyable stay. Easily accommodated our 8 people from 3 families. The heated pool and exercise room were a real plus. The cafe at the pool has reasonably priced and tasty food and drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

Family friendly stay

Overall a nice, family friendly property. The outside is deceiving and nothing special but the inside of the condo is nice and updated. The railing on the balcony is very wide so be aware that a toddler/infant could slide through it. There were lots of beach and pool essentials in the closets which was nice. We would definitely stay again!

Large home with great location

So the place was huge and the beds were comfortable and location to the beach unbeatable. Our only issue was the cleaning service. I'm my opinion the house is bringing lightly cleaned but definitely not deepcleanedcleaned.

We spend our childhood going to this Condo during all times of the year, and we are excited to share this place with your family. We are entering into our third year with VRBO, and have gotten all of the procedures in place for a wonderful experience.
