At the center of this fun rental is a beautifully renovated, upscale eat-in kitchen with wood cabinets, stainless appliances, and an island with seating. Gather around to cook or grab something to go. The home also features a bright, sunny living room with an oversized bay window, large comfortable sectional, and a flat-screen TV.

This home has three comfortable bedrooms, all with A/C units. The primary bedroom sleeps two in a queen-sized bed and has a large double closet. A second bedroom features a lovely wooden armoire and also sleeps two in a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is ideal for extra guests, offering two queen beds in a bunk-style setup. Another highlight of this home is an updated bathroom featuring a tile shower and sparkling chrome fixtures.

The outdoor space is just as inviting as the interior. A sprawling and private backyard is shaded by a spectacular oak tree and landscaped with colorful summer plantings. Four Adirondack chairs provide the perfect spot to unwind, while a picnic table with an umbrella invites al fresco dining. Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes bed linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel, and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towels and bath mats for each bathroom, and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified in the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge.
