Steps from Lake Superior and a private swimmable beach, watch beautiful sunsets and sunrises from this whitewashed, peaceful and upscale 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Two massive decks - one off the master bedroom with comfy outdoor sofas and glass railing which won't obstruct your view; the other with a 10 person outdoor dining table, gas grill and another outdoor sofa and chair seating area.
Sunken sun room surrounded by three walls of windows with table perfect for board or card games and a chess table and sofa.
Dining room table seats 8 and 4 at the enormous kitchen island. We have a gas 5 burner range and second baking oven in a gourmet kitchen fully stocked with everything you need.
Master: With a click of a remote control, the blackout blinds will rise on the huge french doors (that lead to gigantic deck with glass railings) and your view of Lake Superior and your day in paradise begins. Casper King size bed, West Elm bedroom furniture sets, lots of large pillows and room for all your clothes. Ensuite full bathroom with tub/shower combo and double sink.

Guest Room 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan
Guest bathroom: full bathroom with walk in shower and lots of storage
Basement bedroom: 2 twin beds with window egress

Basement living area has two large sofas (king American Leather sleeper sofas), coffee table and large smart TV.
YES WE HAVE CENTRAL AC AND FORCED AIR HEAT IN THIS YEAR ROUND HOME

Laura was excellent to work with. Very quick with communication. Super helpful with everything we needed. The house was great and the location was fantastic.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with the location and especially because it is in a residential neighborhood, close to town but very private (with the Alger Heritage Center next door which is very quiet). The views, the views, the views and access to the Lake, Sand Point, Munising Falls.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We carefully planned a major remodel to the home (bathrooms are not remodeled) after we purchased it in 2017 and have furnished it with beautiful things to make our extended summer stays comfortable and easy breezy.
