Lakefront home located on Rush Lake within the Whitefish Chain of Lakes in Crosslake, MN. A peaceful retreat for friends and family to enjoy the amazing lake views and sounds of nature yet minutes from local restaurants, including: Ox Lake Tavern, Moonlite Bay, Manhattan's and the Wharf.

Renovated in 2021, this 1280 sq. ft. three bedrooms, 1.75 baths with open concept living offers space for family and friends all the while showcasing incredible lake views. Full-size kitchen, outdoor patio and extra parking for trailers. Separate from the house is a seasonal 300 sq. ft. guest suite* with king bed, bath, and kitchenette, perfect for those with small children or for anyone who needs extra shut-eye.

Private lakeshore with dock and sand bottom beach for wading. Cast off from the dock as the area is a known fishing hot spot. An elevated outdoor fire pit is the perfect place to enjoy light rainy days with its overhead tree coverage.

In the winter, hop on the snowmobile trails from the driveway or from the lake and head out for a day of fun. Four sets of snowshoes and three sleds are available for use during if you want to stay closer to home. Hot chocolate, coffee and tea are stocked to warm you up upon your return.

*Guest suite is only available between 5/6/2024 -10/12/2024.

Great Location, Great View

Our group included three siblings and their spouses and we all enjoyed staying at this property. The house was very comfortable and clean. The real treat was sitting on the deck and looking at the water!

Family Reunion

Loved the views, patio, fire ring, dock and location. Having our own space (3 of us in the main house and a daughter & husband in the efficiency) gave us time to get away from families with younger little ones. We enjoyed our naps. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. We forgot to bring hand/shower soap which is not provided, but no worries, the store is 10 minutes away. It was convient having two of three bedrooms off the entry way. Nice not lugging suitcases up and down. Thank you Christina!!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful week at Christina's cabin. Everything is as represented on the listing. The cabin was clean and cozy and had everything our party of 8 needed. The location on the quiet bay can't be beat - and it is an easy trip to many restaurants on the lake or within driving distance. Christina was extremely helpful and sent information ahead of time, and was kind enough to check in during our stay to make sure we didn't have any questions. Truly a great spot!

Perfect family getaway

This property was perfect for our family with kids from 10 months to 7yo! Kids loved the beach and fishing off the dock. Property was as listed and more. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Location was perfect! Short boat ride for supper and drinks. Would defiantly book again!

Amazing Property

Great cabin

We had out of town family stay here for a wedding weekend. Christine was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. Gorgeous view and having the separate bunkhouse gave everyone a little more space. Highly recommend.

Great Place

As described, Clean, family had a wonderful week. Nice boat dock, Great Lakes to just cruise and enjoy. Fish off the dock for the grandsons, adults fish in the bay. Great host, just a great place.

Perfect getaway

The cabin was amazing, located by many great bars/restaurants, and the amenities were excellent (beach, bonfire, comfy living area). Christina was super accommodating and responsive!

Rush Lake on Anchor Point Lane, Crosslake, Minn

The property has a main house & a guest house. It is located at the end of a quiet bay on Rush Lake, which is part of the Whitefish chain of lakes. Manhattan Beach Lodge, The Wharf and Moonlight Bay are all within a short boating distance for dockside eating & drinking. Aoout a 10 minute drive to downtown Crosslake businesses. We saw deer, muskrat, ducks, great blue heron & loons daily, one day the loons came within 100 feet of our dock. Caught numerous small sun fish & crappie & a smallmouth bass from the dock on a catch & release basis, and saw a small northern pike. The house is up a good size hill from the beach and requires going up stairs to exit the house so you get a good amount of exercise if that is an issue. Nice quiet wooded street.

This property is beautiful, the cleanest property I have every experienced! It had everything you would need. The town of Cross Lake has wonderful restaurants and Reeds Market is a well stock grocery store close by. I would give this property a 5 star rating.

What else does a family need? Cozy, modern, lake home that’s a short drive to downtown Crosslake and its amenities. A bathtub for dirty little kids. Five-star communicative host. Applause all around.

relaxing retreat

Our family enjoyed the cabin and guest house and the great location on a quiet bay. The dock was excellent and we enjoyed boating the chain on lakes with all the great restaurant options!

Nice summer weekend getaway

Super clean, nice quiet property. Owner was easy to get a hold of and quickly addressed the air conditioning and power outage issue we ran into. We brought our bedside bassinet for my infant son and it fit well in the master suite. We brought a canoe, some kayaks, and a jet ski. The lake was very clean and we were able to do some fishing right off of the dock.

Wonderful!

This home was everything we were hoping for! All our kids and grand kids fit perfectly. It was very clean and in a great location. The host was very communicatice. We saw deer and other resident wildlife every day. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Get Away

We booked this idyllic property for a family gathering and could not have been more pleased. Dealing with our host was easy and responses were quick. (Not that we needed anything!) The location, weather and views were wonderful. The house was just what we needed for our gathering. If we were ever to come this way again we could certainly book here again.

A great escape

The Stone Cabin was a great vacation spot for our family! The weather was perfect and our time there was peaceful. We were scheduled to arrive a few days after a storm hit and knocked out power to the area, and Christina did a great job of keeping us updated and offering flexibility for our stay. We enjoyed the lake views, fire pit, and homey cabin.

Wonderful clean cabin

We loved our stay at this cabin for a weekend Winter getaway with my family. Christina was a great host with prompt responses and great help. We're already looking to next winter to book another weekend. The master bedroom allowed for a pack n play for my niece, the other rooms were cozy with queen beds and enough room to walk around. It worked great for what we needed. We'll be back! 😃

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We spent a lot of time in this bay of Rush lake and when this property became available we jumped on the opportunity to call it ours. The exterior stone facade, lake view and interior wood details made us fall in love with this home even more.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our location feels so peaceful and secluded, yet when you head down the street into town it will be bustling with activity. It's the best of both worlds.
