Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties:) Maximum capacity at all times is 8 guests. During the months of May-September there is a VERY STRICT outdoor lighting policy. All interior blinds and curtains must be closed between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. There can be no outdoor lights during this time. This is the guests responsibility and could result in a $500 fine by the city as well as lose of damage deposit and possible immediate eviction, should you or the property receive a citation. Thank you in advance with your help in protecting the sea turtles! THIS PROPERTY HAS A VERY FIRM NO PETS POLICY. NO EXCEPTIONS ON ANY ANIMAL, SIZE OR BREED.

Beach Music is a beautiful 4 bedroom/2 bath home located on the front beach of "The Edge of America". Breathtaking views of the Atlantic from inside, the ground level screened porch and upper sundeck. This home will not disappoint! Thoughtfully cared for and appointed, it is a home you will want to return to again and again.

Wonderful vacation

We loved staying here and would go back again. The house was just as expected very clean and comfortable. We loved the view and location right on the beach. It was nice to get to the downtown easily but be just far enough away from it as well.

Weekend Trip

This property was great for our 8 adult group. The house was equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas, plenty of kitchen and grilling utensils and beach/bath towels. Would definitely stay again!

A little bit of Paradise

Really nice well equipped house with a fantastic deck Right on the ocean. The location is fantastic, maybe 25 steps from the house to the beach and a short walk into town. Beautiful sunrises every day. I hope to go back. In addition to the house, Folly Beach is a great spot.

Fun times

I would highly recommend this property. One of my favorite things were all the outdoor seating. The week we stayed was very hot. We enjoyed so much time on the beach but it was nice to find a cool outdoor place to sit. The house was well equipped, clean and beds were comfy! We would definitely come back!

A fully Folly Beach Experience

Folly Beach is an incredible place to enjoy a beach vacation. Our stay was off season and we enjoyed all the perks without the crowds. The home is well situated on the beach. My daughters, sister and nieces made use of the several gathering spaces inside and out. High marks for this clean, light-filled, well equipped piece of paradise.

Beautiful Views

We came to Charleston for my son's Navy graduation and wanted somewhere memorable to stay and this was definitely it. The house was very spacious with beautiful beach views from every room. The top deck has million dollar views and the bottom deck was a peaceful setting with tons of seating. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Downtown Folly Beach has great restaurants and is great to walk around. Would absolutely recommend and we would love to stay again.

Incredible location!

My husband and I came to stay for our anniversary. The location on the beach is unmatched. We loved the large deck with both sunny and shaded seating. We spent all our time outside since we were gifted beautiful weather. The bed was pretty comfortable and kitchen was decently stocked. But the star of this rental is being on the beach and the deck overlooking the beach. We did not want to leave!

Communication was easy and answered all our questions. Very accommodating and was even able to get us in a little early. Location was wonderful. Enjoyed the screen porch and gazebo looking out over the ocean. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Fantastic Family Vacation

We stayed at this house the last week of September. It was a great experience and lots of memories were made. The weather was not the best BUT we made the best of each day. Being able to be RIGHT on the beach was amazing and so convenient. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay here again.

The location of this home is hard to beat. Great views of the ocean from both levels with plenty of outdoor space as well. The home was well appointed for a weekend trip with our group of friends.

Lovely House on the Beach -- Great Outdoor Spaces!

Nothing but great things to say about this house directly on the beach at the quiet, residential end of Folly Beach. Perfect for our family of 6 (Mom & Dad and two adult kids & their partners!) The decor is lovely...everything was clean & shiny...lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy coffee, eating outside, and games of cup pong. We got so much use out of the sem-circle seating on the upstairs deck where the dolphin-viewing was great while enjoying our morning coffee. There ARE stairs (from the street to the house & from the kitchen to the upper living area), so be aware of that aspect. And a tip: check-in at the house BEFORE you shop for essentials! Previous guests left so many extras (toilet paper, an entire bottle of dishwasher detergent, half a bottle of Tide, enough trash bags for months...) -- extras that we added to when we left! You will not be disappointed with your rental of this house. PERFECTION!

The Best Family Retreat

Our family of seven adults (five in their 20’s and two in their 50’s) enjoyed the comfortable, well-stocked, and spacious beach house. We visit different towns across the southeast after Christmas every year. This has to be the best one yet. From the house, we watched the sunrise every morning, loved seeing the pelicans fly in their procession several times a day and even saw a couple of dolphins in the distance. We enjoyed being able to play board games and eat in the different areas of the house designed for gatherings; we even had an outdoor seafood boil one evening. Even in the winter cold, being close to the beach was a treat. We played in the backyard, “hiked” the shore to the pier for lunch, and explored downtown Folly Beach. We took in nature at the preserve close by and the park in the south end. We also drove 30 minutes to Charleston to shop at the market and walk the town. It was a perfectly balanced vacation. You cannot go wrong with this property, and I’ve never seen a host provide as much indoor and outdoor equipment geared towards cooking and having fun. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is just the outdoor living! The inside of this home offers plenty of space for our guest to spread out and relax or gather together to play games and dine. This home will not disapoint. Owners and management work closely together to help provide a restful and stress free stay for our guests.

This home is located on 11th block of the east side of Folly. This area of the beach is far less crowded than other areas due to limited public parking spaces. Great for families looking for a more peaceful setting.
