We'd like to invite you to our one-of-a-kind beach home right here in the Southern Utah Desert! This beachin' home is cozied right up to the edge of the white sand beach of a 2.5-acre lagoon in the new paradise of Desert Color. This home features a private pool, private hot tub, 2 fire pits, 5 master bedrooms, 2 bunk rooms, 2 family rooms, gourmet kitchen, wine cooler in the garage, a party deck, 1,500 sq ft patio space, and 1,700 Sq Ft pool deck space.

Desert Color is St George's is a fantastic newer development off of I-15 and exit 2. The development has an amazing resort area with a swimming pool/hot tub and an incredible lagoon where you can kayak, paddleboard, and swim, all surrounded by a sandy beach. Walking/biking trails are already completed and ready for your use. This unit is close to the airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, hiking and biking trails, ATV riding, and only 45 minutes from Zion National Park.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and white sand beaches, The Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon will be the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more.
